just needs a bit of TLC
very pleasant welcome and staff were friendly. very quite, free parking although access is very tight.
cobwebs in room, flickering light bulb in bathroom, couldn't use this. kettle lid broken, no back on remote control for TV. loose toilet seat. i think the accommodation would benefit from a little TLC. No food served on an evening (tuesday)

Very good
Room was spacious and in general clean and tidy. The staff in the evening were great.
Staff in the morning were less professional and the floors hadn't been cleaned from the night before.

It suited us for our purposes excellently.
Dinner was good, also breakfast. The only lack for some people would be a lift. We were on the top floor, and though we were fine, more feeble folk would have struggled.
