Peccato!

Personale gentile e super disponibile.
Struttura molto carina, stanza spaziosa e pulita.
Ottima la colazione!
Ottima la cena!
10/15 min a piedi dalla piazza principale.
Consigliato!
Niente da segnalare.

Tutto!

Location is perfect, Breakfast is very very good, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Jawad is the nicest and explained everything we needed to know. He would always offer us mint tea and make us feel at home :) I didnt want to leave. Definitely coming back for jawad!!!!
4.7
Staff (Jawad) was excellent. Breakfast was excellent (Jawad even sent out for some tomato sauce) Bed comfortable nice linen
Showing its age. Carpets thin and frayed. Floor tiles scuffed and faded. Plumbing a bit archaic. Needs a makeover. Owner lives in Italy so maybe not concerned . Overcharged for car to bus station. ($US17 when paid taxi $US3 for similar distance the previous day) Photos not really reflective of true picture.

the staff was vert helpful and very friendly.
the room was very clean and beautiful.
it felt like being in a Disney movie.
also very nice breakfast and good place around the center of Marrakech
Nothing negative to say about the hotel or stay.
4.7
We stayed in the red room, which was lovely and spacious.
The riad is traditionally decorated and very well located in the Medina.
Staff was very kind and friendly.
Breakfast was above average and we really enjoyed it by the pool.
The terrace and pool were dirty & hammam was not available.
Generally, the common spaces lack some care and cleanliness.
Communication through booking messaging was poor, better to chat on Whatsapp.

Marrakesh is a great base for exploring Morocco, very colourful. The location of the Riad is good, & most of the staff members are lovely and helpful, particularly Hakim. The evening meals are well prepared and tasty, with rich flavours.
The pool is dirty, WiFi is poor and shower water pressure is weak- difficult to wash hair. The Riad is extremely noisy overnight, particularly in the upstairs rooms Prune and Rouge, due to local neighbours arguing and children screaming until 2am or later every night.
My belongings were packed & moved to a different room by staff while we were on a day trip, without my permission- which I felt was inappropriate and invaded my privacy.
Jawad seemed friendly when we arrived, but became very rude, aggressive and unprofessional, & his behaviour negatively impacted our trip.
4.7
Hakim and the rest of the staff were always cheerful and helpful.
Repair is needed on the tile work leading to the terrace.

The manager of the property was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. This room had the most comfortable bed of all 4 hotels we stayed in while in Morocco.
Our room was on the ground floor and right where people would eat breakfast and dinner. Did not pose a problem but would have been helpful to know in the booking.

service was excellent, the staff are incredibly accommodating

Absolutely gorgeous riad, calm and peaceful respite from busy medina. Hot shower! Toiletries provided. Great breakfast, and also fantastic dinner can be arranged. All staff so helpful and accommodating. Map provided, activities, professional transportation, etc can be arranged on request. The rooftop patio is delightful and full of many comfortable places to lounge.
Very small suggestion : please also provide a hand soap/ shower gel option that isn’t quite so strongly scented. The one provided was a very powerful rose fragrance that was too much for my nose.

didn t have breakfast .left the riad early in the morning.

First of all I received a very detailed e-mail after ny reservation about the riad, transportation, dinner & lunch, trips etc. which was already helpful. When arriving I got lost and Hakim was very kind and came to pick me up immediately. The atmosphere in the riad is very soothing and friendly. It is very clear it is being well kept and the comfort of the guests is apparently a priority. I enjoyed relaxing down by the pool and also on the terrace with a comfortable sofas. I stayed in the green room (Verte) which was spacious, clean, there was a water and some fruit waiting for me too. The bathroom was quite big, shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads etc. were avaible. The aircondition was working well but there was also additional heater. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the linen clean. I also had a dinner in the riad, which was excellent too. Breakfast was also nice. The location is a bit tricky but easy to remember. I spent an amazing time here and would definitely return back!
I wish I could stayed longer than 1 night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Al Loune, the location was great, not far from Jamaa el Fna Square. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, something different each morning. Riad Al Loune is a beautiful and picturesque location itself. Friendly and very helpful staff!

What a wonderful and accommodating place to stay! The Riad is beautiful from every aspect and the the atmosphere is charming and captivating. I've spent 2 nights and it felt short as you want to spend more time here, the staff are very welcoming and accomodating with very positive vibe, available all the time to assist you. They provide you with amazing green mint tea and sweets upon arrival, and throughout the stay whenever needed. Check-in done by khadija was great and HK staff are fantastic. I would like to give special thanks and gratitude to Jawad, he played a major role in making this stay memorable, he's a very helpful and accommodating person, one of the best I've met, he constantly checked if I'm happy with my stay and he ensured that my departure was smooth, and that I reach the train station the best way possible. I will for sure comeback to this wonderful place.

The staff is amazing. The Riad is so beautiful.
There was no Wi-Fi coverage in the room and water pressure too low.
4.7
great interior, kind Lady.
the place was great and the lady was super nice, but the “guy” asked me to sit next to him to give me welcome tea, and asked if i’m single and kissed on the cheek. I DONT THINK THIS IS APPROPRIATE IN ANY CULTURE. the hotel itself was great and im sure he has good intentions, but I dont want this to happen again to anyone else.
4.7
i love everything. nice riad, nice bedroom, love bathtub, love the staff , the bed is VERY COMFORTABLE! they arrange housekeeping too. love it all!
a little far from main road but its not a big problem.
4.7
simply amazing, staff are so friendly and accommodating, you feel like you are in a 5 stars luxury hotel, but actually this is more than that. I will always stay here every time I am back to Marrakech. Thank you 🙏
Maybe Wi-Fi strength can be improved

Beautiful building/room, very quiet even though you’re in the chaotic Medina, staff were really kind, great breakfast!
Hard to find, some signs would be helpful (I don’t want to pay kids to show me the way to the hotel).
At night, you might have to make your way through some guys who want to sell you hashish.

This place is amazing! Absolutely beautiful, with respect to everything a riad should be: a heavenlike oasis. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it’s worth it. The staff is wonderful, Jawad was the greatest host that helped us with everything we needed!
4.7
the staff are super friendly, the accommodation is beautiful and centrally located. i recommend 100% to stay here!
They also have the best masseuse as well as
rooftop!
nothing!

A very beautiful and calm place in a central location of the Marrakech medina. The rooms are big and nicely decorated, everything is clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly, the food really tasty. We’d stay here again any time!

We had a lovely stay at Riad Al Loune - the Riad itself is great: clean, comfortable and well-located, with a super breakfast, but what really made it an unforgettable stay for us was the staff, who made us feel completely at home, nothing was too much trouble and their smiling and happy nature is just wonderful. Thank you!
4.7
It was well managed, very clean a d the staff were wonderful and hospitable.
Nothing, we liked everything.
4.7
Jawad and the staff are excellent hosts. they are always available and eager to help you and we felt very looked after
the rooms are quite varied. the air conditioning is a bit tricky when it is summer and I would have liked a fridge
4.7
the staff
hard to find come to at night if you are alone I used to be scared walking alone from the square
4.7
Staff were great, vibe in the place was class
4.7
Definitely exceeded expectations. Amazing hospitality, especially by Jawad and the staff. Beautiful decor. Provided great directions to navigate the medina like a local. Centrally located and easy access to the main markets. Continental breakfast was filling. Good wifi as I was doing some work as well. Nice room size as well. Appreciated the fresh fruit and water each day, Helped with arrangements from airport and to train station.
I had no complaints during my stay. I wish that I could have taken advantage of the dinner service but next time.
4.7
Nice location in the medina away from the main square, and about a 4-minute walk from the closest location a car can drive to. Gorgeous atrium and rooftop deck. Rooms were very charming, though they do open onto to atrium so there can be some noise. If you are unable to climb stairs, be sure to request a ground floor room. Rooms have excellent a/c. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind.
Table lamps in our room did not work, but this was a very minor item.
