This location is just a few minutes walk from Jemma el-Fnaa plaza, and the souks, both of Marrakesh's must-see attractions. While close to the square, this Riad is a quiet and cozy retreat from the daily noise and activities of the square. We were greeted with an exceptional Moroccan dinner upon arrival; one of the best during our 5-day stay. Rooms were large, clean, and with icy cold A/C. The kitchen, bellhop, concierge, and management catered to all of our needs & spoke English, French, and Arabic fluently making all communication seamless. The staff recommended and scheduled dinner reservations, a trip to the Atlas mountains, and (2) hammam visits. We would absolutely recommend this Riad and will hope to return to Marrakesh and stay here again!

All was excellent, but primarily the staff were delightful, helpful, affectionate like family. A wonderful stay.

The place is so beautiful and well maintained. Really a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy old city. The staff is exceptional! So above and beyond helpful and kind. A perfect stay for location, comfort, and beauty in Marrakech! Would recommend to anyone traveling to the city.
The was room beautiful but a bit cramped for two.

The location is perfect, so close to the Medina but in a safe and quiet street. Our luggage was carried for us to and from our airport taxis.
The staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helped us with anything we needed, made sure to give us advice, their friendliness made our trip - we were there over Ramadan/Eid too, which shows how devoted they are.
The breakfast was great, it was slightly different everyday, and an authentic Moroccan breakfast. You can have as much mint tea as you like!
We also had a dinner on our day of arrival which was delicious, in a gorgeous, romantic setting.
The rooftop had enough privacy for everyone, had great views and great seating/loungers.
There was always staff around and I felt super safe.
The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was great (good water pressure!), enough plug sockets, hanging space. Our room was cleaned everyday, to an exceptional standard.
Everything was perfect - it’s very rare I don’t have any complaints.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I would for sure stay again.
Be aware that it isn’t silent at night, but you can certainly sleep through it, this is to be expected in a Riad - if anything it adds to the experience.
Could use a full length mirror!

perfect location in the middle of the medina of Marrakech. good and tasty furnishing. Very friendly staff.
For the price of the room the breakfast could have been richer. More fresh fruits for example and we had to ask for the yogurt and there was only one portion included.

Beautiful property, great location, excellent food, lovely staff and very friendly owners. A calm oasis in the middle of Marrakesh’s busyness. Recommended.
Our room was on the ground floor so didn’t get much natural light, but I don’t think that’s uncommon for a riad.

My mom and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved it. The suite layout was perfect: 2 spacious bedrooms with their own closets and a large bathroom in the middle. The location of the riad is great: very close to Cafe de France which is a major landmark in the Medina, but off a smaller road so it’s quiet but easy to find. The riad has many little areas so it feels very private, even on the spacious roofdeck. Breakfast every day was great and I highly recommend the optional first night dinner at the riad - it was delicious and very special to have a meal like that our first night. The wine addition was also very good. Also having unlimited free water bottles during our stay was an added plus! Staff and owners were very friendly and helped us organize some restaurant bookings and private drivers while we were there. We really loved it here and I highly recommend.

Riad itrane is a beautiful oasis away from the madness of central Marrakech. When you open the door you enter into a peaceful, cool and beautiful courtyard with lots of quiet seating areas, dining tables and even a small pool and orange tree.
The staff are beyond helpful and always ready and willing to help with whatever you need.
Our time at Riad Itrane was fantastic and we would not hesitate to return should we visit Marrakech again.
One major tip is to arrange airport transfers direct with the property. It makes the transfer very easy and without their planning, travelling to the riad would be difficult to say the least.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this riad. It is beautifully decorated and maintained and the charming staff could not have been more helpful. We loved the tranquillity of the riad - it was a peaceful haven to return to after the bustle and noise of the souks. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the leafy courtyard and appreciated the variety of food we were offered. The coffee and fresh fruit juice were excellent. The owners Patrice and Charlotte are to be congratulated for having created such a delightful place to stay.
Perhaps a better bathroom light over the make up mirror.

Everything, but most of all the staff. Each and everyone of them were friendly, helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. The tours they organised for us were brilliant and the two drivers we had for the excursions were chatty, friendly, funny and knew everything there was to know about Morocco. The road itself is a beautiful oasis of calm in a very busy Medina.
There was nothing to dislike

The location was perfect, in the heart of the Medina, beautiful rooms and the staff was very nice and gentle! Also the breakfast was amazing! I suggest to do the day trip outside Marrakech with them, my friend and I really enjoyed the visit at Ourika valley, Berber village and waterfall!

understanding what a Riad actually is, you’ll discover a beautiful building within the walls of the City. A refurbishment of the property has taken place over the past 4 years - an absolute sympathetic enhancement that was an absolute delight. Our room, Galaxy, was beautifully decorated, comfortable and has a lovely en-suite
There’s nothing to dislike about the Riad Itrane

We liked that breakfast was open from 8am and served until "whenever", on a couple of occasions we ate after 10am and therefore did not feel the need or pressure to get up early, which gave us a relaxing well rested stay.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff especially Abdil who helped us make arrangements for experiences/days out.
A key to the front door is not provided and whilst we understand the reasons why, when guests (including ourselves) knock on the front door for access, this could be heard in the bedrooms regardless of time of day/night.

the Riad was stunning, truly breath taking and it was just something you see in a movie.
the staff were amazing all of them nothing was ever to much trouble.
the breakfast was amazing every day something new and just beautiful food.
the hotel staff put a wonderful breakfast on for me as I turned 40 when staying and they even got a cake and candles.
they arranged a private tour into the Atlas Mountains for us and that was amazing the best tour guide and they ever escorted us to the drive and tour guide in the morning to ensure it was safe and we went with the right driver.
any time we wanted tea it was available and even brought to the room.
the terrace views are breathtaking
nothing it was all amazing

Breakfast was amazing at Itrane. There was a wide spread and something new each day! The location was great too! Right in the heart of the Medina but away from the crowd. Just a 1-2 mins walk and we are in the heart of the Medina. The riad was very quiet and the terrace was amazing. The room was very comfortable and the bed too. Despite coming in winter, the room temperature was perfect and we never felt cold once.

Unrivaled hospitality. The entire team catered to our every need. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby but the meals at the riad are absolutely fantastic too, so if you’re looking to stay in for the evening, no worries. Our room was perfect for our needs and they arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as an excursion out towards the High Atlas Mountains. The rooftop is a nice place to read and relax after a day dodging scooters. We would definitely come back!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

What a wonderful stay! All of the staff were the friendliest and most helpful we've ever had. The riad is very central, so it's a tad tough to get to when you first arrive, but they do offer transportation for a nominal fee. Once you're there the riad is perfect. Highly recommend relaxing on the rooftop with some tea, you can faintly hear the busy square but you have your own little piece of paradise in the centre of the medina.

The managers and staff were exemplary - answering questions and giving tips for the area. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was delicious, and everyone was truly and truthfully kind beyond words. It's beautiful, quiet, and the folks within will assuredly put a smile on your face - not much more needed beyond that.
Everything was wonderful. The riad, the staff, the food, it was all great.
