잉글랜드의 목가적인 농장풍경을 즐길 수 있다.건물이 아름답다. 아침식사가 맛났다. 방과 거실이 넓어서 독채를 빌린 느낌

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, and the dining room had great views of the countryside.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Comfy room, friendly staff/host, very clean, wide variety of breakfast choices. Not too far from Longleat where we were planning to visit.
We struggled initially to get the warming towel rails to come on in the bathroom- but got there in the end 😀 nothing else we didn't like.

The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The location was perfect for Longleat and Frome both of which we were visiting. Rooms 2 & 3 connected by a short corridor ideal for family's.
Just a very small thing and that was my pillows were a bit flat and hard but that was just me as my husband was ok. I forgot to bring my own like I usually do.

We liked the quiet location on a country farm with beautiful views across the hills. We got to our part of the house via a lovely courtyard and the joining rooms for family was perfect- my son loved running next door into the grandparents room! Very comfy beds, big warm rugs to put over beds, radiators on till about ten pm- made rooms toasty warm, big bathroom ensuite with an amazing shower! lovely animals to see-my son enjoyed that, eggs fresh from chickens roaming free on land.. delicious breakfast in a bright room with beautiful country views..host was a friendly charming lady.. would definitely return when we visit Longleat and friends again.
Some cobwebs in the high ceilings and some mosquitos but it was a very damp wet time of year-they love that if a window has been open and on a farm..we did not mind once I got rid of them. Didn't ruin our stay atall.

The staff were friendly, made us all feel very welcome, and the breakfast was fantastic.
I didn’t realise we didn’t have a bath in our room. It didn’t ruin the stay at all but last time we stayed we had a room with a bath which would have been easier with the little one.
I think someone needs to check the bed in the Longleat View room as it was very noisy, I forgot to say before we left. The bed was very comfortable though!

Excellent breakfasts, amazing sausages and eggs. Conservatory good place for breakfast. Fresh milk available at any time for room drinks. plenty of space for parking, quiet off road situation. Restful after driving a long way to get there.
Would've liked a curtain over the full length bathroom window.

It was great for one night as a stay over, we had the children in the room with us in their own beds which was grand. Lovely bathroom with bath. Breakfast was fantastic and pre ordering the night before makes sure you get exactly what you wanted,

Staff were fabulous and we had place to ourselves which was lovely, food was lovely too.
No single bed as advertised as we were 2 friends with 2 children

It really was “The Place to Stay!”
Joss was the most amazing host, her welcome was like being reunited with a friend, and she made us feel special and like family throughout our stay.
The farm was stunning, lots of places to sit outside, fairy lights, social spaces, animals (which were super quiet in the night and weren’t noticeable) and just wonderful English countryside views for miles.
The bedrooms were superb. We stayed in Room 1 (a couple in our 20’s) and Room 2 (my Granny, 85). All three of us were impressed and felt very comfortable, even though we are typically completely contrasting customer types. Rooms were cozy, warm, spacious, clean and the comfiest bed ever.
Breakfast was the absolute highlight. We all had full-English breakfasts and you could tell the produce was fresh and premium. Not the typical cheap rubbish you get in other hotel breakfasts. So delicious.
Joss couldn’t have done anything more to make it a better stay. We will all certainly be back soon, even though we are only “down the road” from Devon ourselves.
Also a 10/15 min drive from Longleat, an added bonus for families like ours.
nothing was negative.

You receive a very warm welcome and tour of the facilities by the Owner, nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was very clean, extremely comfortable and tidy. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The Owners also own a pub in the village which was perfect for an evening meal, again very reasonably priced and delicious home cooked food. Views from the room was outstanding, stunning area.

The location was fabulous. Close to two big shops if needed. Pubs, places to get food. Attractions all close by. Half an hour from Bath.
We stayed in room number 1 and it was beautiful. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are available. Breakfast was a wide choice and was enough to keep you going until late afternoon! Joss is a wonderful host. She makes you feel as if you are family staying, and we would definitely love to go back if we are ever in that part of the country again!
Our bed was super soft with a feather topper and duvet, which made it very soft and very hot! No problem, as we had the window open all night. Just be mindful that the Cockerell loves an early morning wake-up, haha, but no big deal, we just shut the window then!

Very warm and friendly management and staff. The room was great. Good size, warm, all the facilities I needed apart from Wi fi. I was in the courtyard and not the main house.
The only problem was Wi fi but only in some parts of the buildings. 4G worked very well.

Lovely cosy property with very welcoming staff. Comfortable bed, warm and homely room and a good breakfast. Exactly what we needed for a night's stay.
The check-in times communicated by the property didn't quite match what was listed on here.
