Tolle Unterkunft in erstklassiger Lage

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße bei der zentralen Piazza Archimede. So ist man nach ein paar Schritten direkt im Geschehen und auch beim Café, wo das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die vorbereiteten Informationen exzellent. Wir fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Größe und das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer wunderbaren Dusche.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

L’emplacement L’accueil de Valentina (très aimable)

Parking : attention ils demandent 20€ pour avoir le parking dans l’établissement (à rajouter au prix de la chambre!!!) juste pour une nuit !!! Petit déjeuner très light dans un café à 3 min à pied de la chambre. Nous avons dû payer un supplément pour avoir du thé a la place du café Insonorisation zéro: réveillés toute la nuit par le voisin du dessus qui trainait des pieds, bougeait sa chaise !!! Débit de la douche zéro: écologie zéro car montre en main nous avons attendu 8 min avant l’arrivée de l’eau chaude!!! Avec un débit d’eau au compte goutte !

Beautiful place to stay

This is a really cute place that is on several floors of a multi use building. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. They have a roof top terrace for breakfast. The staff was helpful as well. It's very well located as taxis can get to the hotel. It's about a block or two away from all the shops and restaurants. Because it's not on one of the main walking streets, it is quiet.

The only thing I'd say that was a minor issue is that you can hear chairs scraping the floor in the unit above when they were moved.

Sehr schönes B&B.

Das B&B ist sehr schön auf der Halbinsel Ortigia gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bittet alles was man braucht. Der eingezäunte Parkplatz konnte ebenfalls überzeugen. Das Frühstück kann auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen werden.

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig.

Good, but could be much better with a little thought

In town, on site parking

No fire safety system in place…at all!. I booked a superior junior suite, was a little disappointed by the room compared with its label. Breakfast was very simple, could offer better options for non Italian guests.

Friendly, Convenient, Local, Average Shower, Toilet continuously flushes, Poor WiFi

Polite, friendly and welcoming staff. In the centre of the island. Parking facilities were safe

Wifi was non existent, attempted to restart the router myself several times but couldn’t get onto it. I really need to call / video family too, as well as upload my GoPro footage to the cloud to have room on my SD card the following day - unfortunately I couldn’t and therefore had no more room for footage.

I want a refund...With extra charges paid over 100 euro to this property and it was not worth it

The entire experience from the time we arrived to the time we departed was distasteful.

They charges us additional late arrival fees of 20 euro as well as 20 euro for overnight parking when this should have been noted in advance of my booking at booking com. The shower had no hot water and we brought up the issue next morning nothing was done by the establishment. Electric outlets for PC and phones was sadly lacking and TV channel did not even have an English channel. The breakfast was very standard to say the least

a lively hist who added extra tiuches to make our stay more special!

our host Nicole was amazing - warm & welcoming. She added extra little touches like fresh cake, cookies, chocolates & tea to help ourselves to.

poor internet in our room. we had to stand in the hall at the booster to get consistent internet to deal with an airline ticket problem.

Beautiful historical property in a perfect location

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location in Ortigia. Valentina and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony overlooking a courtyard and it was so pretty. I can’t recommend this place highly enough - it’s lovely!

Perfect location for visiting Siracusa with comfortable room and helpful staff

Great location for sightseeing, bars, restaurants. Easy parking removes one holiday worry. Very helpful staff and large airy room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast (and our room had kettle, fridge, sink, hob too) in pleasant rooftop environment.

Fantastic location with friendly helpful receptionist.

Excellent location with lovely breakfast served on roof terrace. Valentina at reception was so friendly and always keen to provide information on places to go for dinner and where to go swimming. Excellent spacious bathroom.

Wi-Fi non-existent. Was unable to access in room or common areas in building.

Location of this B&B and the parking lot (20€ per night) are prefect on a road trip through Sicily. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom and very clean. Breakfast on the terrace was marvelous and plentiful.

There was no balcony to the room but a public terrace.
