Beautiful location. Peaceful. Excellent breakfast cooked to order.

Lovely room on a farm just outside of Milton Keynes. So much nicer, and much better value for money, than a city centre hotel
4.5
Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle yet great access to road links. Ideal for peace and tranquility.
Iron and board not in room.
4.5
The breakfasts are home cooked meals.
Great and caring host, we will definitely visit again.
Amazing location. If you like quiet vacations, look no further.
I think it's perfect for a B/B.

Very welcoming, comfortable bed, great shower, lovely view, excellent breakfast.

Location was great and the room was spacious. The ensuite bath and toilet were very clean.
The quantity of food served in the English Breakfast - would have liked more !
4.5
The breakfast was perfect, and the location was too. Very quiet but also close to a couple of pubs serving food in the neighbouring village. The canal was close by and good for a walk. The locals were also very friendly.

Really liked the place, good breakfast and very comfortable bed 😀
Lighting was a bit weak and there was a little issue with dust but was swiftly resolved by an owner.

We thought it was all very good, maybe the cooked breakfast was a little disappointing
The bacon and sausage were obviously cooked earlier and a bit over done, still tasty but could have been better.

Everything was great!

Great location - felt in the countryside but right near Milton Keynes
Large rooms - had desk for me to work from in the evening
I didn’t know the routines of arriving late in the evening - security gate protocols could have been explained earlier in my stay

Lovely location, serene views and very good sized rooms. Our Grounds team were well rested after a long day when staying here! Would definitely book again if we were in the area in the future.

It was easy to get to and very quiet. The owner very friendly. Lovely breakfast at a good time. The owner recommended a few places to go and get a meal that were close by and easy to get too. We would use again if we need to stop off on the way to London.

Exceptional. Beautifully ordered, a view of English fields. Linda gave us a full English breakfast, perfectly cooked.
No rails in shower stall. Had to forego shower.

I was greeted with an extremely warm welcome, immediately made to feel at home and given a lovely room with a fantastically comfortable bed.
It was silent at night time - giving a fully uninterrupted night’s sleep. Morning soon came round and I was treated to a superb full English.
I’ll definitely be back soon

Lovely green and soothing area after a city stay.
The host was very accommodating, making a last minute update to the room for our comfort -so thoughtful!
Clean and comfortable, loved it!
Only thing I can think of to say is to check on the breakfast hours if you are a slug-a-bed like us. We compromised on a time that (I hope!) worked for both of us. It was a full English breakfast - our first - and quite filling and tasty.

Wonderful, Linda was a fantastic host, helping us arrive at the property as well as being to hand for any and all of our needs. The room was lovely and warm with everything you could need. The view from the room of the front garden was lovely. The breakfast was just a perfect way to start the day! Highly recommended and will use again when travelling to the area. Thank you from us Linda.
Nothing, it was a perfect stay!

Quiet, comfortable, warm and secure farm location. Exactly what we wanted and did not disappoint. Good breakfast included in price. Close to Milton Keynes but out in the country. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. Excellent country pub/restaurant- The Navigation just 5 minutes drive away.

Really nice to stay here - comfortable room and really good breakfast

The room was very big and bed super comfy. Everything was very clean and the farm is in a very peaceful place. Linda (the host) is super nice, welcoming and chatty. They were even able to accommodate my possible late check in, by asking me to stop by earlier (before check in times) and giving me the instructions about how to get in by myself. Lovely seeing the sheep mingling in the garden next to the house.

Old country manor with rustic feel on a working farm (so very quiet) with a friendly host. In addition to tea/coffee making, the room had a microwave oven which came in handy.,
Nothing really
