Great location. 5 minutes from Akasaka Mitsuke Station which is on the Maranouchi line and 4/5 stops away from Tokyo Station. 7 eleven right next door. Plenty of food places near by.
Fantastic amenities (supplied hairdryer is impressive) including onsen.
Cleaning restricted depending on number of nights although preferred to me as can return to room whenever. Supplied clean towels everyday and bags for trash.
Check out is not required you can just leave.
Room is quite compact although not an issue for me as a solo traveller who is on the smaller side.

The lobby floor has an onsen available for free to those who stay here. This is a very strong pro that practically outweighs all cons. The onsen isn't too crowded and is very quiet, making it the perfect location for relaxation after a long day of walking and sightseeing. It will, without doubt, relieve all the physical pain and tiredness.
This establishment also provides laundry for just 100yen with FREE dryer. Very convenient and helpful for guests staying here.
The bunk bed that came with our room's double bed had a very thin mattress and was rather uncomfortable. The bunk bed should have at least two mattress piles on top of another. The space between the door and the toilet is quite narrow, so if you're big in body size, you may have to either open the bathroom door or keep an uncomfortable position when using the toilet.

La Posizione è favolosa , Onsen è un po’ complicato perché orari sono sempre diversi.Tariffe eccezionali.
Camere un po’ piccole.

Very comprehensive amenities from toiletries, extra pillows, robes, and onsite facilities like the onsen. Quick walk from the metro with lots of restaurants nearby and a 7/11 downstairs.
Rooms were on the small size but typical for Tokyo. Bathtub and toilet are together

Emplacement exceptionnel proche du métro. Très central. Permet de visiter les différents points d’intérêt sans perdre de temps. Un quartier animé où il est facile de trouver de très bons restaurants. On s’y sent bien.

I loved how central and close to two train stations this locations was. The hotel was clean, I liked that I was able to check in early (for a fee). There are coin laundry machines that are very convenient and affordable. The cleaning ladies are extremely sweet and always helpful.
The breakfast was lackluster, the rooms were small as stated by other patrons (if you are more than one person with multiple suitcases there is nowhere to move or store your items in the room). The rooms are also dated compared to other hotels nearby.
I was extremely turned off at the fact that I had previously requested to leave a suitcase for a few days for a fee of course, as I was going to be checking in again in a few days and didn’t want to lug around my suitcases. I was previously told this was okay. As I was checking out, I was told that they can’t store a bag for me, despite what was previously conveyed.

The staff was very very friendly. The area around the hotel was busy with bars and restaurants. However, the room was quite and I slept amazing thanks to tight shutters. Great for a jetlagged person coming from a different timezone.
The room was small, but it had everything it needed. Very clean and all a lot helpfull small gadgets.
From the hotel there were two metro stations in short walking distance. Perfect to visit Shibuya or the Meiji shrine. Also the design museum designed from Tadao Ando is in walking distance and worth a visit!
For a single person with a big luggage it was perfectly fine. I can imagine that it's a bit tight if it's two persons and a big luggage in that room.

The location is perfect. Close to underground - "G" and "M" lines that can take you across the city; 7eleven - literally next door; the entire area - dozens of good restaurants.
The staff is super nice;
The room is tiny, but has everything you need and is the quietest room I've ever stayed in.
Excellent wifi
And on top of everything - onsen!!!
Cannot say anything negative

The place looks even better in real life! The service was great. Also didn't realize how close the 7/11 actually is. Right next door!
One of us wanted to go in the bath house, but you have to be naked. Didn't feel comfortable doing that, so had to skip sadly. Also the room is small. Really small. Or tight is the word?
