nice property in a great location with a market and food nearby.

excellent location. friendly and helpful owner. The decor is a tad eclectic but in a nice fun way. I suggest you take the water taxi to Rialto. We arrived at 5pm and getting there through st marco Square wasn't great.

it's a 5 story walk up. I missed that in other reviews but it was quiet even as close to St Marco as it is.

que no avisarán de que no podía hacer facturas por qué no está dada de alta la propietaria sabiendo que éramos una empresa e hicimos la reserva por booking y no poner bien claro que es un 5 sin ascensor

Amazing Location, amazing host and a comfortable house!

The location is amazing since it's so close to the Piazza San Marco. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the host was amazing! The host responded fast and helped us a lot during the stay and even gave tips for transport!

There is no elevator and the house is on the last level of the building, making it a bit harder for people traveling with luggage.

Perfect for a family

This place was perfect for our needs, perfect location so close to St Mark's square. But down a quiet side street. With the double glazed windows you can't hear any street noise. Lots of space and so well equipped. A kitchen if you want to do cooking or food preparation. There is a small supermarket very close. On the top floor with views onto a canal. Lidia, was extremely helpful.

This place is highly rated. Be prepared to carry your cases up 5 flights of stairs.

Perfect getaway in the middle of Venice!

Very Spacious property located right in the center of Venice St. Marks Square. Nicely furnished and cozy atmosphere. Even though it was in the middle of Venice it was still very quiet inside.

Just a little bit of construction going on outside but that was not a big problem.

Superb

The location is great, the size of the apartment was perfect for our group.

Keep in mind you have to climb 5 floors of stairs with all the luggage you are carrying. That was a challenge.

Lovely place

In the heart of Venice

The apartment's situation is awesome considering both nearby sightseeing and further trips to Lido,Murano or Burano destinations. The equipement is complete from kitchen through the bedroom to the bathroom. Overall the apartment was a great spot to start our everyday wandering around Venice and a comfortable and quiet place when we were returning late in the evening. I strongly recommend the place and our hosts Lidia & Fabio.

In my oppinion ( while staying with a wife and 2 kids) nothing to complain about.

Very memorable vacation and location.

Very nice, friendly and uncomplicated host. Location very clean and central. Would book it again.

Note for more than 2 people: secondary bed is not an actuallly bed. More like a foldable couch. Note for tall people: shower is not made for people over 185 cm, becaus od the sloping roof. But those are just minor problems

Loved our stay here.Hosts Lidia and veronica

Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. A fantastic location ,which was made to easy to find as Veronica met us when we arrived at the boat taxi terminal. We had lots of luggage so she organised us a porter who took all our luggage and carried it up the 5 flights of stairs to the apartment (at a cost to us ) We were very grateful for this and it was worth every euro as we are in our sixties and would have had difficulty taking our luggage upstairs. She also organised him to come the day we were leaving and help us also.

Fabulous

The apartment is absolutely spectacular. Everything from the bedding, to the towels, to the shower size, is a delight. The kitchen is fully stocked although we really didn’t use it. And having a living room was lovely. We were literally a minute or two from St. Mark’s Square so the location is also a definite plus. Call

It’s a five floor walk up. For anyone with any kind of disability, this apartment is out of the question. Even for someone who doesn’t have a disability, it’s going to take some stamina to get upstairs. The stairs were really a killer for me but the apartment itself was wonderful! I’m not sure what else to say about that.
