Preis-Leistung passt

Die Lange war super. Man konnte einfach in den Malls frühstücken gehen. Das Hotel selbst war recht einfach.

Won't stay here again...

It had a nice roof top pool but its not heated. even with warm weather, water isn't warm enough to swim in.

Our room bathroom smelt so bad. We were all gagging each time we had to go in there. We sprayed perfume constantly We asked if they could check it out, but there no improvement. It was a 2 night stay & we had serious jet-lag so couldn't consider packing up & moving rooms although it wasn't offered anyway. All silicon in the shower / bath tub was full of mould Everything at breakfast was cold. although included give it a big miss

When modified the outside looked changed but the inside is the same with upgraded facilities

Location very central, close to Orchard

General maintenance of the building is poor. Lot of moisture against the wall, 9th floor looks like an aftermath with wallpaper falling apart. No breakfast possible in the building, very bad isolation between rooms and with the corridor.

The hotel was at a perfect location, close to buses and MRT. Multiple late night food options was a plus!

The rooms didn't have bidet 😞

i booked for 4 rooms. One of the room the switch of the toilet light is broken..

Location is good.

Room is not voice proof. Can heard people walking & talking outside. Can heard next door people using water & blowing hair... Very noise.

location was good close to orchard road and eating places rooms where ok and clean

where do I start… the hotel is very tired wall paper peeling from the walls the pool area is very untidy and very noisy from Ac units staff not overly friendly and helpful the breakfast WELL 1. it’s in another crap hotel next door 2. you get a paper plate and plastic knife and fork (no thought for the environment) paper cup for your coffee, breakfast food was shockingly bad all of it we only went once after that when to eat out somewhere else. my advice it’s fairly cheap BUT better pay a few extra dollars and stay at the York hotel further up orchard road

Price seems high for the provided quality. OK breakfast, but more like 3 star level. Paper plates and plastic spoons are not so cool.

Great stay!

Great start, as we arrived in Singapore quite early and reception desk were really kind enough to give us an early check in without a fee. 1:30pm and we're in the room. Room is really clean! Couldn't fault it at all. The location is great, just along Orchard Road. Do donki - japanese supermarket is just few mins walk. Sadly we found out about it a day before we checked out. But anyway, overall good stay. Would surely come back to this hotel and will recommend to anyone who's looking to go round Singapore. Bus stop and MRT station nearby too!

bed is comfy!

location! the bus stop which can lead you to airport is just a step away! you just need to take 1 bus from that bus stop and it will take you to the airport. the bed is comfy! the stafffs are niceeee and helpful!!!!!

Overall positive experience. Good value for money.

Great central location just off Orchard Road. Close walk to shopping centres in both directions. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient,

Drinking water system is confusing. TV channels are limited. Having to go to Hotel Chancellor for breakfast was also less than ideal.
