So, I must admit I am a fussy customer, But the team were more than accommodating to each of my needs. One member of the team stood out for called Louise. I spoke mostly with her through my stay Any issues I had was fixed promptly, she was understanding and polite.
I most enjoyed how stylish and easily comfortable the place is. It felt like I was right at home. The place was clean and tidy, which also came with all equipment needed to maintain the apartment.

Clean apartment, nice and central, comfortable beds.
The damage deposit should added to the price details up front, not hidden in the last line of the fine print.
I would not have booked here had I known that.
Loads of admin, inability to check in earlier even though I did indicate we may.
Being asked to take out the trash is the last thing you are worried about when you want to get to the airport.
Have a least one hair dryer in the apartment.
This is my 5th Booking.com stay in 2 Months and I am finding competitor stays have been better.

It was a very spacious two bedroom apartment and could easily fit a family of 5 comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances and a washing machine too. There was ample of cupboard space and everything you needed for the stay. It was a 15 min walk away from Gunnersbury tube station. A Sainsbury local under 5 minutes walk.
Communication with the property wasn't great once we were already confirmed. We needed a late check out and received a confirmation email 2 days after the request was put in and after a second follow up and phonically

wireless was really bad

The door entry and online check in was just too cumbersome for older people. Uploading photos of passports, credit card, paying a 300 pound deposit while holding off our NZ Bank which was trying to tell us it was a scam.
Downloading an app to create a login to be able to open the door by internet.
Please don't arrive 10 minutes early as you are left on the street until the app turns on at your allotted arrival time.
Another day getting locked out on the street of the unit for an hour because our cellular network went back to 3G and the internet connection into the unit was so weak and intermittent we could not get a connection for the door to open.
We went to a local cafe to get internet and contacted the company that provided the app and entry system, but they didn't return their own online chat site message we left for 6 hours!!
But on our own we found if one of us stayed at the cafe and pressed the "open door" button at an exact time the other could go to the apartment, then push open the door at the exact same time to gain access, Then call my wife to let her know she could leave the cafe while I waited at the door. Sounds too hard, Yes it was....
There was an old fashioned thing called a key. Oh how I missed them.

To access the apartment you need to download an app to unlock a smart lock. This app decided to stop working first thing in the morning for several hours. I called up the helpline to hear that no one was around due to it being the weekend. I had tickets to the event I was going to along with my wallet. Never had anything so ridiculous happen with not even an apology or any compensation from the company.

Very nice apartment. Perfect for family staying during London visit..
Well positioned between Kew overground train station and Gunnersburry metro station.
The stuff was exceptional.

The apartment is great, clean and modern. The guys that run the customer service are great
So the fact that after I have paid I then have to send my I'd a photo of my credit card my colleagues I'd is crazy.
Then bearing in mind I worked all day I found out that I had to download a separate app from an email from a different company to get an e-key.
It did not tell you how to open the door.
The system is fine once you know how to use it but if my mum was trying to stay here it would have been a disaster. She just would not have been able to do it.
The fact I have to give documents to a website which are perfect for cloning someone's I'd is wrong.
It is a nice flat terrible over-complicated system .🙄

lovely space and well set up kitchen and lounge room. the bedroom on the top floor is very spacious too
there was quite a bit of traffic noise as you are close to the main road

Location was great, really close to the station for transport into central and enough shops/cafes within a short walk. Flat was very spacious and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Had a great stay.
Small details were lacking such as there being no soap provided anywhere in the flat. Additionally it would be helpful if there were basics in the kitchen such as salt, pepper and oil to make cooking when staying for a short amount of time easier.
4.5 / 5.0
it was big, bright & comfortable. bedrooms in the basement so cool no matter how hot outside & very quiet, given it was such a busy location.
there could have been an extra lounge chair & a few more kitchen utensils, plates cutlery glasses etc.
the electronic door system didn’t work for most of the time we were there & there was a carbon monoxide/smoke alarm beeping in foyer continually, even though I reported it.

The bed was cosy and the space was lovely.
The digital key worked well but could not get the induction hob to work.
Will definitely book again.
The induction hob and the temporary air conditioning.

The shower was great, the whole apartment was clean and it is really close to all public transport. Good choice if you are just using this as a base to travel to places rather than staying there. We stayed here while we were viewing rental properties in the area. We stayed for just over a week.
Very, very noisy location, right next to a main road.
The whole apartment is very small. Ours did not look like the photos.
The rooms also get very humid and hot and you can’t keep the windows open because of the noise.
There are certain things that were just strangely missing: hand soap from the bathroom, a clotheshorse to put the clothes on if you want to use the washing machine, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags.
The internet doesn’t really work so if you need to do more than checking emails I recommend Costa down the road.
There is a club underneath as well with banging music until 2-3 am on Fridays and Saturdays so be vary of that if you stay for the weekend.
Good place to stay if you just need a base and somewhere to sleep but will not be staying here again.

Beautiful, very well appointed apartment to a high standard of renovation. Quiet and cool basement bedrooms with very comfortable beds and pillows were appreciated when the temperature topped 30C. Well located for Kew gardens, riverside walks and pubs, and Richmond. Fast train and tube services into central London from Gunnersbury underground and half hour bus service down to Hampton Court Palace from Richmond high street.
TV reception poor on some channels. We took ages to find the property because we were in Stile road Gardens and the address stated Parade which we could not find despite walking past the apartment several times.
A small plaque outside the door would help in future.
All facilities were great especially tea and coffee and filtered water. We only missed not having a toilet roll ready for us to use in the bathroom on arrival and as the instructions for turning on the hand held shower attachment were in Chinese? we only worked out how to use it on the last day.
