La cama y ubicación
El ruido con la habitación de al lado ya que se comunicaba a través de una puerta de dentro de la habitación y se escucha todo.

Good location. Quite spacious rooms. Simple, stylish decor in the rooms.
Miserly management. I've stayed in many hotels, it's the first time I ever asked for early check in and they told me there would be a charge for it! If the room is empty and cleaned, why lose goodwill by trying to scrape a few extra dollars?
Single glazing on a noisy street.

Great staff, comfortable, bed the room was spacious and clean. Staff made me feel very welcomed. Any issue I had was addressed by staff in a timely manner.
The window of my room lacked weather proofing. And due to rain from a tropical storm the window did leak.

The room was okay for the price, the bed was very comfortable and everything seemed clean enough.
The location is not safe, especially at Friday evening, with a lot of people drinking right where the entrance to the hotel is. Also, accessing the hotel is confusing, with the entrance being inside a gallery, and in order to call for the elevator you need to press a button and try to communicate with the lobby in order for them to send it to the lower level. Lastly, there’s always a concentration of vendors at the entrance, trying to sell you things in a very forced way, which is very uncomfortable, but I believe this is a problem of Cartagena not just the hotel.

Good air conditioning
Not a safe location. No receptionist answered when I rang the intercom 4 times at 7:30pm trying to use the elevator. The door to my room had clearly been forced open a number of times with lots of visible damage to the door frame and door. I did not feel safe staying there. I will never return.

Great location
The hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. The elevator does not always work at night to go down and leave the hotel. The walls are extremely thin and you could hear into your neighbors’ adjacent room. The hotel rooms unlick using antiquated keys. The bathroom is tiny and had cracks in the ceiling that you could vlearly see were patched up with cheap material. The shower water was lukewarm and the towels need a good wash in bleach and vinegar to soften them. The breakfast is okay-it is not 5-star by any standards.
