Breakfast was good. Very nice staff.

No towels in the room! Deposit for towels and all the items in the apartment. Gardens were not maintained well.

spacious with multiple rooms, nice location

facilities were old and broken/ not working properly showerhead was leaking, tap faucet was broken, there were no towels, decor was outdated, the place has a lot of potential but isn’t maintained well. and most of all there was no Wi-Fi at all.

The location.

The bathroom was not good for an hôtel standard. The WC was also not good. The Pool was closed since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The entire site is not well maintained. There was no towels.

Worst hotel in ifrane

Nothing about it, it was a disaster

All of the apartment, it was dusty nasty, no sheets no towels, the kitchen oven was not working, the sink was broken, bathroom had hair left by other people no shampoo no conditioner no hair dryer no towels, the bathtub was broken, the heater was not functioning efficiently, no carpet on the ground as seen on the photos, and the list goes on and on, this is by far the worst booking I've ever experienced.

Nice location, parking available, polite staff, security day and night.

Not clean, lighting needs to be redone, stove barely functioning, disgustingly unclean bathtub, no towels ...

I would rather try new places other than this hotel.

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel since there’s a lack of property also doors are broken, walls are peeled off, bathroom is smelly . There’s a huge difference between the pictures and reality, moreover there’s no way to contact the staff ,landlines are disconnected , when i inquired in reception they mentioned that most of people don’t use them and I should google the name and get the number from there , how ironic. The price is exaggerated for such quality and such service , also college students are staying in the hotel (apartments) which gives less value to the place in my opinions because sometimes you will be confused if you are in a hotel/resort or in a college campus that you are paying for. The only good part was the restaurant food it was delicious and the prices are reasonable, again the staff is not friendly at all. I would never stay in this hotel again.

Definitely coming back soon. I liked my staying and you have various activities you can book too.

Quiet place and so clean. Safe for a woman to stay in and the staff is Professionnel and welcoming.

Breakfast wasn't varied at all and was so limited. I would like to have a buffet-like experience or at least I can choose out of many options. Plus the star gazing at night is just FABULOUS!

it was the worst staycation ever!

all the experience was very bad, insects everywhere, electricity went off at night, no facilities except the fridge and cooker ( that was broken)

the chalet is in very bad condition! I felt so sad to see that (humidity) green walls! horrible only one swimming pool is working and it was dirty!
