L’Acceuil du personnel à mon jour d’arrivée

Clim avec température non réglable Toilette défectueuse Le fait qu’on m’appelle à 12h23 pour faire le Check out Petit dej pas du tout à la hauteur, quasiment immangeable

le point fort de cet établissement est le staff, ils font un excellent travail

le personnel est top, il sont bien aimables, gentil, souriant et a l’écoute, que ça soit a l’accueil ou bien ceux du restaurant. le petit déjeuner était bien aussi les chambres sont spacieuses et avec un design contemporain.

Problèmes récurrents d'eau chaude (tiede) Problème avec les clés magnétiques de nos chambres 5intervention du technicien, changement de piles, cartes démagnétisées) que nous laissions pourtant à l hôtel

Agréable séjour en famille

Personnel très aimable, litterie vraiment confortable et petit déjeuner varié (seul B-mol, le jus d'orange n'était pas 4 étoile)

L'emplacement de la toilette et du bidet est très serré dans la salle de bain au chambre 511 et la toilette est très mal fixé au sol, ça bouge et fait beaucoup de bruit

Everything was good. The rooms was good, it was clean and the breakfast also was nice. The employees were super kind. I recommend this hotel.

It's not close to the Medina if you want to walk....you need to get a taxi or a car. In my case that I was not in the city for tourism the location was good .

Location and size of room

Extremely poor breakfast Shower broke (unable to get shower at 11pm) Shower takes 10-15min to heat up Poor staff service (can tell poorly trained)

Great value for money, great staff, excellent Hammam. Very big, clean and confortable rooms, would absolutely go back there for future trips to Fez

Although a bit pricy for Fez standards, Breakfast options could be improved

Very nice rooms away from touristy areas. Staff is top notch.

The hotel make me feel so comfortable. AMINE and WALID are so nice and helpful. When I came to the hotel, they smiled to me and gave me a good welcome, immediately I feel I am relax. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. All the staffs in the restaurant are also very kind and helpful. The room are big and clean and from the balcony, I can the the beautiful city . The bed is comfortable. I am very satisfied to the hotel.

Excellent central new city location with wonderful staff

A nice room in a central location within the New City. the staff are attentive and responsive helping me to coordinate a taxi pick up from the airport. I would definitely stay here again

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGUSTING!

NOTHING! Thank god for the kind porter, Muhammad who helped to change our duvet at almost 11pm.

Everything was just wrong! From the rude reception to the room! We arrived late from Chefchaoun and was really looking forward to a 4-star treatment. Confirmed our booking via Booking.com with advance payment option. However, the payment was handled by the hotel, which is completely fine, but before making the payment, I asked to confirm the charges in euro. Instead of answering politely and with a smile, the reception on duty responded in a defensive manner. My husband and I even noticed he threw our passports onto the table instead of handing them nicely to us. The room was disgusting! The floor was sticky and we had to wipe it ourselves! To our horror, the towel we used to wipe the floor turned black! The towel was torn and the duvet was without cover! Truly UNACCEPTABLE! We called the reception to request for the duvet cover and also sent messages via Booking.com. A personnel came with a blanket which was not what we asked for! We were asked to change the room at 11pm at night instead of providing us with the duvet cover! We already unpacked and just wanted to rest! Thank god Muhammad the porter came and helped give us the duvet with cover! We left first thing the next morning and vouch to NEVER COME BACK!
