Superbe hôtel à ne pas manquer

Hôtel très bien situé offrant une très belle vue sur la ville et les montagne. Superbe terrasse. Chambres confortables et propres. Petit déjeuner local excellent et la propriétaire des lieux est très sympathique.

Абсолютно всё понравилось!!! Прекрасное место с прекрасным пейзажем и очень приятной хозяйкой! Сам номер - выше всяких похвал, всё продумано до мелочей. Выход на балкончик с чудесным видом! До магазинов и прогулочной улицы минут 10 пешком. Всё было очень классно!

Уютный гостевой дом. Вид с террасы просто бомба! Хозяйка Анаит очень душевная женщина, все рассказала - где шашлыки купить, предоставила беседку для шашлыка, угостила домашним персиковым соком, даже не хотелось уезжать.

Above all, we love Anahit's warm, welcoming personality. We truly felt at home. The rooms are very clean and full of all modern comforts, including wi-fi. However, you hardly want to stay indoors because her magical, luscious garden and patio with majestic views compels you to be outdoors. We enjoyed her traditional, homemade breakfast. It was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well in her veranda overlooking the green mountains above.

Our group member's only complaint was that we didn't have time to spend more nights.

The hostess puts a lot of love into her cooking, and the table service is excellent. She was accommodating for my special diet, and cheerful and friendly. The garden and patio is very nice.

The bed was uncomfortable, and dirty under the mat. I could not enjoy the patio much because of road construction. As a solo traveler, I was hoping for a social experience, as the photos suggest. However, I had to eat alone as they group people by party. There were no group activities as the photos suggest. I would recommend a cheaper option nearby if you are travelling alone.

Made to feel at home.

Staff and how we were treated was great. No request was an issue and food ( breakfast and Dinner) was fresh, local and excellent. We travelled by motorbikes and parking was no issue. Owner was very helpful and made use feel so welcome.

It was really an exceptional stay. The owner Mrs. Anahit is super lovely, social, helpful she is one of a kind. I really loved the place, she and her family did a really good job. The location is near to the ijevan city center, walking distance. I highly recommend this guesthouse and sure i will stay there in my next visit. I will miss Mrs. Anahit. I wish her good luck.

Ijevan and surrounding area are incredibly beautiful and Anahit's place is great base for exploring.

I have traveled a lot in Armenia and I have lived here for many years. I would say this is one of the better places I have stayed in Armenia. Anahit is gracious and tries to make sure that all is well during your stay. Price is good and food portions are enormous. More than you can eat.

Was excellent. It was more than my expectations. We stayed with our toddler and baby . Me and my husband liked everything. Very comfortable, clean, air conditioner in the room, and a very nice view. When you are drinking coffee in the morning with this view. It is everything 🥰

Superb location and views from the house's main balcony. Very friendly and welcoming hostess and staff. All the amenities for comfy stay were there. And the breakfast was very good. Very nice place to stay with a family and friends.

The location has a great view from the shared balcony, and in general has a very homely atmosphere. Anahit will help you with everything and is an amazing host. The room we stayed in has two individual beds joined as a "double bed", but we didn't mind. The internet worlks for the basic stuff. The breakfasts were amazing 😍 Thanks for having us!

Great place in Ijevan

Great family run guesthouse close to the centre of Ijevan. Anahit is lovely and looked after us well (and speaks good English). Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and plentiful. One of the aspects we most enjoyed about the guesthouse was the large balcony which was perfect for catching the winter sun and has great views across to the hills.

Very good

Modest and friendly family hotel in the center of Ijevan city. Modern rooms, great shower and toilet, fast internet, friendly hosts. It can be seen that the owners are putting a lot of effort into maintaining their hotel in good condition, despite the decline in tourism due to Сovid and the war in Karabakh. Nevertheless, once it is clear that there are not enough resources and it becomes noticeable. Nothing critical (not very clean dishes in the shared kitchen, a little dust in the room), especially for a very affordable price of $20 for a double room.

This is not to say that this is a drawback, but rather a matter of my personal preferences - the mattresses are too soft, which made me sleep poorly. I admit that other tourists just like very soft mattresses, so consider this just a remark.

Anahit is super friendly and the food she made was very nice! The guesthouse has a nice balcony that overlooks ijevan with an amazing view. It is also very close to the bus station and the main street of ijevan where all the taxis can be found. I'd definitely recommend Anahit's guesthouse to anyone traveling to ijevan!

Great porch overlooking the valley, very clean and quiet, very welcoming hostess who cooked an excellent dinner for us and told us about life in Armenia now compared to Soviet times.

Somewhere up the hill on a dirt road, you may have to ask on the way to find it.
