We have a great experience at the Heathmount. We found it to be in a good location to the centre of town and the train station.
Breakfast was well catered for as you could order off the menu. Dinner down stairs was a welcome relief when you have been out and on the go all day.
The staff were very helpful. A special shoutout goes out to Robert with updating me on my delayed luggage and then surprising me with it at the door when it was delivered.

Good food
Stairs
Shower- no shower door in the lovely modern bathroom so water got everywhere which made tiles slippery

Beautiful old hotel. Newly renovated rooms. Very comfortable. Great lighting in rooms dimming switch. Parking at hotel.
No elevator, stairs are only access into hotel and all rooms. Not accessible for someone. with mobility issues.

This is your hotel to stay in Inverness especially, if you bring your dog. We had a huge room with everything needed. Breakfast and dinner were great and it is only a short walk to Inverness city Centre.
We liked everything

The most lovely room in an adorable hotel within walking distance to (5 mins) to the main bar, restaurant area of Inverness. Attached restaurant and bar were perfect. The room was so comfortable...things were updated while the historic charm was kept in tact.
Nothing!

Such a good hotel. Our family group had all 3 of the rooms on the top floor. All were impressed with the very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom / showers. Great included breakfast and good atmosphere in the bar in the evening. The staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Also in a good location just a short walk to the city centre. The Heathmount would definitely be our #1 choice for staying in Inverness if we were to return.
Nothing!

Staff were good as I would expect. The place was clean as were the bedrooms. It was central.
I was on the top floor. There was no water pressure to the point that I couldn't wash my hands in warm water. I guess there needs to be a replumbing job at some point. Food in the evening was not worth the actually quite low price.

Luxurious furnishings, very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. A very nice hotel.
The check in was listed as closing at 8pm and we messaged to hopefully check in later. The hotel is within a pub which was open until midnight, so it was a shame we didn’t have clear instructions that later check in was perhaps possible. It is a shame as we had to rush back and miss a few sites in an aim to meet the check in cut off.

A spacious hotel room in quite a good location. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. It was quite warm and while the windows opened the pub noise form next door made this prohibitive. Breakfast was quite good.
The bedding is lovely but deigned for the middle of winter. The room had a fan but there was only a heavyweight duvet on the bed which was very hot.

The hotel was lovely, room was gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. Bar and restaurant area pleasant to stay in.
Staff friendly.
Limited breakfast choice but nice food.

Our premier king room was exceptional, worthy of a 5* hotel. Very spacious, so comfortable bed and a shower/bath room in first class condition. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food in the evening and at breakfast was very good. Well cooked and well presented. Particularly good breakfast menu selection of different dishes to choose. Free secure car park in a quiet area. Bar area and restaurant also very attractive.
Nothing not to like. We had a very good night.

Room spacious and comfortable
A bit of a smell of cleaning products throughout, particularly in the corridors.

This quaint little building hides an exquisite room experience in the most adorable part of town. It was easy to get into and out of, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the beds were soft and fluffy. This is also the only hotel in our whole 10 day trip with a bathtub. Every detail was attended to and we felt so comforted and taken care of.
Just the TV location - the four poster bed got in the way, but such a small detail, and who really needs tv in such a cool place?
