Good value for the money, comfortable hotel. Nice and good size pool. Not long walk to the beach and 7-11

The pool area, not enough chairs, some chairs missing the soft covers. Pool area boards were partly loose and uneven. Breakfast choice was quite limited and constantly ran out of either whitebread, juice, fruits and etc. Room was missing a kettle.

overall was ok😊

the day of my stay, the table for breakfast was not enough for guests. it was a bit annoying with the big groups where they took a long breakfast without being considerate of others.

Nice！！The environment and location were amazing, only 6 minutes from the marina and sandy beach, the staff were very welcoming and would help with luggage, breakfast was also plentiful and varied, we didn't need room service so they put two bottles of water in front of the door and helped with taxis when they left, loved everything and were ready to choose this place again next year.

Very good hotel, with urban and clean rooms. The best rooms are on the 1 floor (with your own access to the pool) . But be careful ,not all rooms on the 1 floor are with that one, some of them have only balcony. Very tasty and good breakfast. The personal is friendly and smiley, I like that. My family & I have a rest here 2 times and I know that we will come back again :) The price = service.

Friendly staff, great rooms and swimming pool

Amazing staff, the hotel is really good and clean. The swimming pool was nice and the overall vibe was just good! Perfect place to stay for a weekend break away from Bangkok. The beach is around 7-8 minute walk, not really far and it was not a problem to back to the hotel even late at night.

Awful. Horrible sleep, messy unfinished hotel.

-the pool was nice and clean, a good size.

-breakfast was awful, same thing every day little variety. -beds were horrible. -not enough pillows -only gave us 2 towels for 5 people! -had to walk far to get to the beach -no hot water in the showers! -hotel was messy, unfinished, not tidy and not clean -staff were not friendly

I would like to complain and request for refund for having a disasterous day at LIMA DUVA Resort when we checked into room 225 we found the water heater was not working when we got wet from the heavy rain. The hotel reception said they don't have maintenance person available and changed our room to 224 after waiting for 30 minutes. Then as we just got into the room 224 the power blackout happened for another 30 minutes with no backup generator and after that no water pressure to have a shower. This is not the standard room nor the hotel booking should be associated with the bad service and maintenance during this critical covid-19 period. Please I would like to have my refund back for the room payment. 1. Bad Service 2. Not helpful 3. Not service mind especially with the front staff with gold color hair and short. *** No action from the Hotel, No one who on duty even front office manager give a call to talk with me. only me to followed up pass through booking.com. with no refund *** only one time and last time with bad experience in this hotel. Not recommended to stay here.
