The hotel is situated between nice shops and many bars and restaurants. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We had a room that looked out over the main street which was great. But there is a light right outside on the building and it shined into our room through a gap at the top of the curtain. That happened because one of the rings at the top of the curtains has come unhooked. If I could have reached it, I would have fixed it. It was late or I would have had sometime come in to fix the curtain.

Great location & staff
cracked bathroom sink, curtains coming off track, faulty flashing external light - not maintained to a high enough standard.

The breakfast was great (the room and the food) and so was the room (lots of space).

This was a favorite hotel for us during our 9 day stay in Ireland. It had a very convenient location, the room was nicely decorated and we had a wonderful view of the town and harbor.
We did not have a bureau in our room to store our clothes. We did have a wardrobe that we could hang things up and we managed fine with that. The parking was a few streets away and this may not be convenient for some travelers. It was not a problem for the two 70 year old gentlemen in our group.

Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were very friendly. Smooth check in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location can't get any better. Street parking around. My girlfriend loved the dyson hair dryer and dyson purifer/air cooler.
They are renovating around the hotel so they wake you up around 7.30am banging and machinery sounds. The windows are very difficult to secure open.
