How End was a fantastic house in which to celebrate my husband’s 70th Birthday. The rooms were spacious, with fantastic views. The house was spotlessly clean. We all felt very comfortable and all said we would definitely return.
No hairdryer.

The location is great and the property is very nice. We were looking for a nice quite countryside location with good amount of space for the whole family. This property ticked all the boxes for us.
The 9am check out is too early specially given that the owner wants you to to tidy up everything. You have to empty the dishwasher, remove the bedsheets, empty bins etc. So basically they ask you to pretty much clean everything and put it the way it was when you checked in. This is too much to ask for and then 9am check out makes it even more challenging. For this reason I will not come back to this property.

The house was spacious and well equipped. The location was beautiful and the facilities were excellent.
The only annoyance was the need to vacate by 0900 which we all felt was an unreasonable time having regard to the need to get 3 generations up and about and for us to strip all the bedding and give the house a clean and tidy. Particularly so as we were not allowed to gain access till 1600 and presumably the same for the next party. Most people who hire a property of this cost would treat it with respect and leave it in a good state so if we had vacated by 1000 or 1100 it would still have given adequate time for a ‘Covid’ clean and to refresh bedding etc.
The failure of the boiler for a day was no big deal and was corrected on instructions from Lis and Steve
