no breakfast
i thought it was a dive hotel when i booked ,and told them i wanted to dive for 3 days days ,i only dived one day ,because they booked a whale shark snorkel trip for a group that was not even staying there ,then they were closed on sunday which i was not told about and was not given a chance to get my gear out of the shop to dive with another company ,

perfect location and very very nice stuff.

Nice big room with comfortable bed and kitchen. The room was clean and very homey. The staff were really nice and friendly. Quiet at night.
A bit pricey but everywhere in Isla is..few ants on the bed even though the room was clean.

We had a great room with a balcony to the street, staff was super nice and helpful and even gave us chairs to the beach. location was great, just by the sea.
we loved everything (:

Great location, beach 1 minute walk, clean spacious room.

Perfect Location. well equipped room. Perfect homebase when you wonna go diving with seahawk. Enjoyed my stay at Seahawk. For sure go check el Pastor taco stand around the corner.
Be aware of the sportsbar's karaoke events. The can be noisy but didn 't bother us that much.

Great location right next to the beach and yoga classes at the treehouse yoga studio. A short walk from the ferry. A short walk to restaurants and the city center. I took the Whale Shark swim tour with them and it was Fantastic! Also they had great wifi 20mbps/2mbps, AC, and filtered water, a fridge and a hammock inside the room!
You can’t avoid mosquitos ANYWHERE here. Once I lit the candle that the property provided me I had No issues what so ever!

The location is hard to beat. The staff was very helpful and always accommodating.
Our Room was spotless, if unspectacular and had everything, that counts in Mexico : Air condition, a fridge and mosquito protection. Even Drinking Water was provided in the room. Considering the location and the high price level on the Island, all that came for a more then fair price.
We also booked the whale-shark-snorkel Tour in the affiliated diving center and had a day we won't ever forget and even got a discount for being residents.
We strongly recommend it!
The bed was to soft for our taste and the bathroom-door couldn't be opened or closed without causing a horrible squeak, so neither of us could use the bathroom at night without waking the other one.

Perfect location! Clean, great AC and friendly staff.

Lovely people, great dive shop. The room had everything you needed. The family is super nice. Free water. Amazing security guard. The bed was cozy. Nice aircon. Location is great if you want to head to the beach, but note that it is a noisy location.
Ofcourse, they can't help it; but the restaurant next door had very loud bands playing almost every night. I was expecting a bit more luxury, because of the great reviews this place had. The room was very basic in my opinion. Maybe the standard for the island is this low but in comparison with other places I traveld to I found the overall quality 'okay'. A big sidenote about Isla Mujeres to European travelers who are debating going there: I found the island to be infested with binge-drinking Americans, with the bad music to accompany it. Not a tranquil island where you'll quick find new inspiring intelligent conversations. Mostly Americans that try to drown out the sadness of their existence in two weeks time, just to gain the extra X on their XXL wasteline. It's extremely sad stuff to see this letdown of a 'culture' expand to their southern neighbour like this. Don't get me wrong, I love Americans...but this type of traveler brings with it some type of existential dread and general disregard for the environment that is hard to find on other continents. Bring back the old wisdom of the Mayans any day.

First off, everything in the Room was really Clean, it smelled fresh, there was great water pressure and hot water. The Bed felt like a magic cloud, the A/C was great. I felt very safe and secure (being a sole traveler). Staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, the best sections of North Beach are 50 yards from your door!

We had a very big room and a beautiful terrasse that we couldn't even use properly because we stayed only two nights. Location is great, super close to the Playa del Norte and the accomodation offers beach chairs for free that you can take with you to have a beautiful day at the beautiful beach. You can walk to the accomodation from the ferry station (if you don't have too much luggage). In the evening some of the bars at the beach are still open and you can enjoy a cocktail with live music either there or you go 5 minutes from the accomodation into the center with a lot of further bars and restaurants (purely touristic, but still quite enjoyable :) ) Also the communication with the owners is easy and they are responsive.
We had to leave too soon, would have loved to stay longer.

Location was great, we had some really good restaurants across the street... seahawk was very welcoming clean, secure, comfortable we enjoyed our stay!
The traffic on the street in front with the golf carts, taxis even buses wizzing by you have to really watch where you are walking

it was a big room, balcony, fridge, coffee and some simpler kitchen equipment to prep my own (cold) food. daily cleaning and just great host.

Amazing hosts and accommodation.
I was made to feel welcome for the duration of my stay at Sea Hawks. Not only is this fantastic accommodation and hospitality but also an amazing dive shop.
The proximity to the beach is fantastic! Walk 50m straight down the road and you are on the best beach on the island.
I recommend anyone coming to Isla mujeres to stay here, regardless of if you plan to dive or not.
I will certainly be staying with them again.

I loved how friendly, east going, and helpful the staff were. It’s super convenient to the beautiful beaches and, although I did not partake, the option to dive with them is comforting and very approachable

Very comfy bed, large space, a block from the best part of playa norte, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price. Nice hammock in the room and outside on the patio. Its part of a dive shop/school.
Nothing it was great

The room was big with a few facilities. It was clean with a right price.
The location because is not so close to the center. But it was really quiet.

A few rooms on top of a dive school. Very nice staff, quiet at night and just a few steps from the best beach of Isla Mujeres. The room is not fancy but has everything you could need on such an island and the dive school down the stairs was professional and easy to deal with (discount prices when you stay there). I would definitely stay there again when returning to Isla Mujeres

Terrific group we stayed with them and also booked the whale shark trip with them. The room is basic but the price reflected that and it was clean, the staff is super friendly! I loved the trip!

Thank you Layla Amazing service !
Did 3 nights + 2 dives + Whale shark tour :)))

Our room was very well equipped, we had everything we needed during our stay. We liked that we had a fridge (big one!) and always available still water in the room. This is a really kind gesture.
The hotel located 2 minutes walk from the North Beach, which is less crowded as the others specially during the week. If you are a beach person this is a very good choice for you to stay.
In the street where the hotel located, there is a bakery and a small awesome burritos place.
The water pressure was quite low, it wasn't easy to remove all the sand
