Wij hebben genoten. Met mooi weer zou het helemaal super zijn geweest.

Locatie geweldig. Uitzicht idem. Ruime accommodate, kookgelegenheid. Goed bed. Prima locatie om Auckland te bezoeken. Loopafstand naar de veerboot. Rustige omgeving. Goed uitgangspunt op de route naar het noorden. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Mag schoner in de kast badkamer en de achterwand van de keuken.

Exceptional

The location was just amazing with spectacular views of Auckland city. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, money well spent

Location, it was special to be right beside the water especially in the city. Unfortunately we were absent during the day to enjoy the scenery, coming home in the late evening, going straight to bed. We did have a night at home but it rained! LOL The home was so comfy, clean and stylish. We were really impressed by it size, lounge with its awesome view, lots of room in the kitchen to cook a banquet, bathroom was spacious, and the bedroom OMG

That we were busy to really enjoy this beautiful home. That we didn't read the manual because it says that you can have guests to visit but not stay of course, but we were visiting for our daughter's 18th and she wanted to come to our home before going nightclubbing and we said no guest allowed.

Very good.

Beautiful location bordering on the mudflats of the Auckland harbour. Location is also convenient to both the North Shore and Auckland CBD. Spacious and decorated with flair and nice artwork.

Amazing stay in Bayswater

The location is fabulous and the accommodation is outstanding. Highly recommend staying here when in Auckland.

The fridge is so noisy, but that was minor.

Great place with lovely host!

Rebecca was a lovely host and worked with our schedules even though we arrived way later than expected…property was very nice, wish we had more time to actually enjoy it.

It is a ‘boat’ house and it is on the water but during our stay it looked nothing like the pics of the bay, more like a muddy marsh but still nice!

Loved the location and the independence of staying in a non-hotel facility. The Boat House was tastefully appointed, self-catering, comfortable with a beautiful view and terrific value for money. So pleased I read the other reviews. The Boat House exceeded expectations. Francis and his wife, Rebecca were lovely!

Awesome getaway location

This is a very cute, nicely appointed and well equipped place to stay. It has a great inner harbour outlook, is quite, spacious, and very good value. The bed and linen is comfortable and good quality.

TV is only via your own Apps and requires you to use Chrome Cast which is a bit of a hassle.

Excellent overall experience

The location is great for accessing many of the activities Auckland has to offer….but even better is the appeal of just relaxing at the Boat House and taking in the views. Great people and very welcoming…adds to the homely feel of the property. The accommodation is immaculately presented and very clean. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or just a relaxing place to chill out!

Superb property. Located by water. Only negative was its out of the way location wise but everything else made up for this. One the best properties we have stayed in.

Private and scenic

Private access, quiet, and scenic.

Missing linen - no dish cloth for bench, hand towel, spare bath towels, or dish towel to dry dishes. Poorly cleaned kitchen - Cups stained with tea/ not washed properly, old milk stuck to nespresso coffee frother. Bed - pet hair on duvet and marks on sheets. Floor - lots of dust/ cob webs in corners of rooms. Overall, facility needs a really good wipe and spray
