Heating was really really bad. It was really cold here

The staff is very friendly and there is a nice heated pool
The breakfast was pretty bad. There was cheese and ham, bread, milk, coffee, some small croissants and sweets. There was no fruit, eggs, yoghurt or anything like that.

box lunch for hike, early breakfast

Good service, good breakfast
The room wasn't clean, the bathroom smelled very bad, like rotten something.

The breakfasts included cheese and ham. The pool and sauna were a nice addition
The faucets in the bathroom sink and shower were difficult to turn off

The room was great and very comfortable! I really liked that we were on the top floor with a corner room and windows on two sides. The room was really big as well.
Santiago at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly and we instantly felt welcomed upon check in. The breakfast was nice with a bit of variety instead of the usual bread only breakfasts we'd encountered elsewhere.
The heated pool was great after a long day hiking and the sauna looked nice too but was not working the day we used the pool (they sent someone to repair it though when we told them about it).

- Nice clean rooms
- Pool is a very nice addition at this price range
- Shower was always hot, and good water pressure. Having a bath was a lovely addition
- Seems to be a popular hotel with coach groups, so check in and out can be very long if you get stuck behind them. Also the coach groups can be rowdy. I was rather unimpressed by the very intoxicated 60+ year old gentleman who tried to get into our room around midnight. I was even more upset when someone (?member of staff) buzzed him in, however he seemed to realise it wasn’t his room when I opened the door naked, having already shouted to him (in Spanish, English and Polish, but sadly not German), that this was not his room.
- Breakfast was fairly basic bread, ham and cheese. Whilst this wasn’t an issue for us, if you attend breakfast after one of the bus groups, pickings can be slim for breakfast
- We had a room on the ground floor, so got woken up in the morning by the breakfast room being prepared/ guests attending breakfast

The bed was so comfortable, we were so tired after coming back from trekking and we only choose this place because the bed looked so comfy on the photos and it was just as we imagine :) Price really accesible
