Location was central, very close to everything, staff was nice and breakfast was really good
Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but this is a personal preference

The location was excellent - right next to the mountain and a few minutes walk from the trailhead for the Fitz Roy, and the view from our room was wonderful.
The front desk staff are quite ill-informed. The woman on duty upon our evening arrival told me the Fitz Roy trailhead was 3 km away; a different woman the next morning told it was 20 km each way (rather than round trip)! If you have a roller bag (rather than a backpack), be aware that you have to walk rather far from the bus station on a fair amount of extremely uneven/rocky terrain to get to the hostel, so you need to be able to carry your luggage (or take a taxi/Uber).

Great location, good service, nice breakfast
Small bathroom with tiny shower, water spreads all over the floor. Thin walls.

The overall location of the stay was very nice, it was at the foot of the Mt. Fitz Roy trek. They had a good spread of breakfast on the table and the staff was very courteous.
In terms of the room, we did have issues with bathroom fitting leakages but otherwise room was decently sized.

perfect location, awesome staff, clean, exceptional breakfast

I booked the hotel, but on the day of arrival, they have no room left because of arrival of a large tour group. hotel staff Mariana put me in a different hotel, which has a kitchen and living room, very nice and large apartment. because there’s no breakfast in the apartment, she told me to come back for the breakfast. she also helped me to exchange dollar to pesos so that I have pesos for meals and taxis etc. she is very friendly and helpful. thank you so much, Mariana!!

The guest house is in a quite area, close to the hike to Fitz Roy. There is a nice sitting area in the lobby and you can also bring food in take away and eat there. They offer to use their fridge, microwave and kettle.
the staff is very nice and most representatives speak English. You can also leave your stuff in luggage room while hiking which was very convenient.
Good value for money (relative to El Chalten prices)!
the walls are thin so you can sometimes hear the neighbors

My backpacking buddy and I really enjoyed our stay here @ Don Atilio Hostería.
Staff are kind, friendly, and helpful.
Beds are soft, particularly after some of the cheaper hostel beds we've slept in; ample blankets also in contrast to the hostels' usual single thin bedcover.
Complete breakfast is included, a welcome change from the cheap unfilling continental breakfast, includes hot scrambled eggs!
THEY EVEN OFFER A GLUTEN FREE OPTION (large flat bread like rice crackers for spreading jam, etc) for the bread, for folks like me who can't eat wheat.
We booked two nights on either side of a backpacking trip and we were able to stow our gear in between stays for no extra fee (although I did leave a small tip in gratitude).
Such a blessing and welcome change to have our own rooms; this guest house is set up with individual rooms each with private bathroom.
Huge fridge with glass doors in the dining room / adjacent to the front desk is wonderful for storing perishable foods;
Note that there is no communal kitchen, so do not expect to cook anything unless you use your own Jetboil stove outside.
Location is within a few minutes' walk of Numerous dining and beer / wine options.
The first night we booked via Booking.com and the second we paid in cash with no prior reservation, just walked in after our backpacking trip and got the same price.
A heads up, in at least some of the rooms the radiator will leak hot water onto the floor if you do not keep it cracked open but turn it all the way off. You will want to ask the hostess about that if your room is too hot upon arrival. We were not briefed on this essential fact and our first night resulted in a (mildly) flooded bathroom by morning.
Constructive feedback : we would have appreciated a small shelf in the shower, a longer shower curtain in both rooms (just a few inches too short to keep water entirely from the rest of the bathroom), and another in room lighting option besides the overhead florescent bulb.

Great breakfast with scrambled eggs, comfortable big bed and good location for starting hikes
Shower was small which meant that water went all over the floor, bathroom also had a few cobwebs / could have been cleaned a bit more

clean self-catering accommodation in good location
all new kitchen
very basic setup, two plates, two knifes and folks, two kitchen chairs etc, no place to spend a day indoors eg nowhere to sit except kitchen chair. No view, only salt (shaker) provided.
no cheap during high season

Really comfortable bed, WiFi always worked well enough to research trails, weather etc. Staff is friendly and helpful always, complete breakfast.
Our room was close to the dining room, during breakfast hours it got quite loud. The light in the room was very sterile blue light.

Staff is great, super fried. Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are basic, good enough to get some rest from hiking. Breakfast is basic but good. I can recommend this hotel. Locations is also great, close to trails and bars and restaurants.
Bathrooms and rooms could be improved.

good breakfast (seated not self-serve) and very helpful staff
small rooms and tiny bathrooms, lacked atmosphere, no use of kitchen, noisy at times
8.0 / 10.0
they serve a wonderful breakfast. the reception / TV area is very pretty with all these plants. the room is decent though could be loud if you are close to the lobby. I used ear plugs and was fine. super close to the trailhead for both Laguna De Los Tres and Laguna Torre. the ladies can also help you book a shuttle service to El Calafate airport or your hostel or hotel for 6,000 ARS.
it could be loud if your room is close to the restaurant / lobby area. the Wi-Fi is not the strongest

At the edge of town but good for the trail.

comfortable heated room which was spacious
very friendly staff who were super welcoming
plentiful breakfast
filtered water available
hot showers
bathrooms a little small and could do with a bit of TLC but it didn’t take away from our experience as we loved the hostel
a little noisy due to thin walls
9.0 / 10.0
The location is between the 2 main hikes laguna torre and laguna de los tres, on a street next to the main one. The hotel was quite calm. The staff was super nice.
Even though it is not a hostel, there is some kitchen equipments we can use and eat in the main room.
The breakfast was really nice and quite a lot to eat.
And the drinkable water is really nice !
The pillows could be better. There is not a lot of place in the room to put our stuff and clothes.
We couldn't turn down the heat in the room, it was too hot.
