Ótima opção em Cartagena

Excelente localização, dentro da cidade amuralhada. É possível conhecer todos os principais pontos a pé a partir desse endereço. Serviço e atendimento muito bons, ganhamos 2 drinks de boas vindas no momento do check in. Quarto confortável e inteligente (com Alexa) cama boa e roupas de cama de qualidade. Apesar de estar em uma área movimentada, do quarto não se ouve nada, é bem silencioso. Chuveiro bom. Em uma das noites jantamos no restaurante do hotel, que fica na parte superior. Pedimos 2 massas e um ceviche (que estava uma delícia!), tudo gostoso. Preço de acordo com a região. Recomendo com certeza!

Super indico!

Boa localização, perto de todas as atrações do Centro Histórico. Todos os atendentes são muito simpáticos e profissionais. A indicação deles de realizar o tour das 5 ilhas foi fenomenal.

Très bien !

Hôtel bien situé, plutôt calme (pour les chambres ne donnant pas sur la rue). Personnel très sympa. Le toit terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est accessible toute la journée (à l’ombre) pour se reposer, boire des cocktails ou faire un spa.

Le prix (mais cela est surtout lié à la ville qui est assez chère en général)

Recomendo e voltaria!

Hotel reformado e automatizado, conta com Alexa para ligar ar condicionado, tocar música e apagar as luzes. Acomodação confortável e limpa. Água quente no chuveiro e produtos de higiene de boa qualidade. Roupas e cama e banho também de boa qualidade. Silencioso e muito bem localizado, logo na entrada da cidade murada. O café da manhã é padronizado e porcionado (você escolhe dentre 5 tipos diferentes) e tem a opção de agendar com 1 dia de antecedência escolhendo um horário. Os ingredientes são de boa qualidade. O roof top possui um ótimo banheiro com chuveiro quente que pudemos usar no dia de ir embora. Nosso voo era somente á noite, então fizemos o check out no horário determinado, liberamos o quarto e ficamos na jacuzzi até a hora de ir para o aeroporto. O hotel empresta toalhas. Funcionários sempre educados e muito solícitos.

O único inconveniente é não possuir elevador. Então, não é acessível para quem não pode subir escadas. Porém, os funcionários ajudam a carregar as bagagens.

Recomendable. Muy buena opción de alojamiento en el centro de cargatena

La ubicación céntrica, el desayuno, la limpieza, y la buena atención de todos general. Y la conectividad con alexa.

El tener que subir las maletas a pulso por las escaleras, al no tener ascensor. (Alojamiento tiene 4 pisos) El bar cierra muy temprano.

The staff have to be more emphatic with the customers

Location was excellent

The staff,the only one was nice and professional was the guy in the night turn, the rest of them forget everything about the customer service, I arrived to the hotel and my room was in the second floor, they didn’t help us with are carry on ,I miss my reserve in the sky bar because when I arrived to my room , didn’t have towels I was in the shower for 30 min , my boyfriend call the from desk , and the girl didn’t answer , he had to call roomservice and they didn’t nothing about it, my boyfriend had to go down and picked the towels for himself after that of curse I miss my reserves

Good location. Free drink on arrival

There was blood on the sheets in one of our rooms when we checked in- the sheets were changed upon request. When checking out the staff requested to review our room. They informed us we had taken multiple beers and crisps from the mini fridge- we had not taken these products. We explained this but were told three times we would need to pay for these products. We felt extremely uncomfortable and upset by both the manner and tone of these accusations. This experience greatly impacted our experience of our stay here.

i must say the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were new, and each room has an Alexa that helps you hahaha. The location couldn’t be better and the staff really impressed me. everything in that hotel was perfect!

there was no window in the room to the outside the room was a smart room so things reacted to amazon alexa , i am to old for this :-) the airco was not easy to set

Good value for money in the walled city

The hotel features an amazing rooftop with jacuzzi and is located in a busy commercial street, yet is very peaceful inside.

The airco in the room didn’t work very well, it felt quite hot in the room even with the airco on.

A very comfortable stay in very modern bright and airy hotel.

It was clean , modern and in a central location. The room was spacious and bright. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they spoke just enough English to balance out our zero Spanish.

My one complaint was the bed sheet was bobbly, but it might have been only my bed as my friends didn’t have that issue with their sheet.

Superb

Comfortable rooms. We stayed for 1 night only. it is close to local amenities on a busy street (but not too busy that you can’t sleep at night). Staff was helpful and breakfast was great.

Our room was located near a generator or loud fan - it wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re a light sleeper, this may bother you.

Friendly staff but outrageous price for cockroaches and no sleep

The staff was super friendly and accomodating. very friendly!!! The bed was very large. The room itself was okay.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The menu card in the room looked like it had been touched by 500 people and the shower cabine looked like those 500 people all used it 6 times a day for 20 years. The mold in the shower says it all. You could see that the cleaning staff tried their best, but the place is just SO old. We had a room on the side of the street and we don’t mind a little noise, but as you might know, people in Colombia use their honk ALL THE TIME, all night long. So we might recommend booking somewhere else for all the reasons above. I feel bad writing this, because of the amazing staff, but the price per night for this is outrageous.

Nice stay & good value in Cartagena. Would stay again!

Rooftop was pleasant, comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, friendly staff and walking distance to to sightseeing locations, restaurants and stores.

They forgot to prepare breakfast to go for one of our tours but managed to rice us something anyways. There was somebody being loudly drunk during one of the nights which was disturbing, but it’s not the hotels fault.

location, in the heart of the old town, everything is around, nearly 500 meters from the port , from where goes boats in different island

the rooms which window does not goes to the city side , backside rooms has balcony which looks in the yard and rooms window goes on the balcony and on the balcony walk people, so you can not open this window almost room without window, form me its a problem , if for someone it is not problem everything else is okey .

Don’t trust the pictures - Cheap renovations put on an old, dusty, broken and LOUD hotel.

Good location

If you read through the comments left by previous guests, you’ll find many issues mentioned with the hotel saying that they’ll fix them. We experienced absolutely all the issues, and more, during our stay The first thing you’ll notice when entering the room is a heavy, damp and moldy smell. You’ll want to remedy this by using the air conditioning, however - when it works - it’s barely blowing out any air. But it’ll make sure to drop large quantities of water on your electronics & clothes. The hotel does not mention it, but it is undergoing HEAVY renovations. From 8am to 10pm, you will be awoken by and fall asleep to intense drilling, hammering and arguing from the construction workers. The construction creates a thick layer of dust that will cover the entire room, making the air hard to breath - no exaggeration here. Breakfast ends at 9am, so better get up early if you want to have breakfast surrounded by a cacophony of intense construction. The jacuzzi is a joke - 10cm of cold water perfect for rinsing one’s feet. All of these issues were brought to the manager (one of the only friendly people in the hotel), who offered to change rooms (all the rooms were next to the construction so no change there) and who said she’ll see what the owner will do for us. We were later offered a free dinner to compensate which we declined. To me, a 10$ dinner (still accompanied by the noise of the renovations) to compensate for 4 days in a 70$/night hotel seemed like a low ball to me.

the room was not good… old, noisy and there was mold in the room and bathroom. works going on on the roof top and in the back of the room . poor breakfast!
