8.0 / 10.0
Fantastic proximity to shopping areas and the beach.
In need of a renovation to modernize the rooms and upgrade the pool, as it looks very outdated.
7.0 / 10.0
Excellent location to Cronulla beach, restaurants, and shops just a short walk down the street.
The price for the room was good value compared to other hotels in the area. We required the room for an overnight stay to attend a funeral.
Rooms are dated and could do with remodeling. Rooms haven't changed in many years (a little dated) however the new management may have plans to renovate the premises.

Location was awesome, and the room we had was really large and had what we needed for 1 night stay. Shower pressure was also great.
Wasn't anything too flashy- you get what you pay for. Good for basics- not luxurious, which we expected. All and all a good night stay.

It’s within walking distance of the cronulla mall and the beach.
It’s a motel so obviously you get what you pay for but when we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush unless we removed the lid and manually used the inside lever. We reported this to reception but they said they would look at it after we had checked out. On top of this the microwave didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a weekend here.

Location was close to amenities and shops and eating places
The whole room was outdated and dirty, mould on bathroom mirror, towel rail broken as was the toilet roll holder, shower constantly dripped, so floor permanently wet. Tiles on floor chipped. Laminate on vanity was lifting. Worst thing was smoke alarm in unoccupied room next door started going off at 12:30pm and as the office was unoccupied continued until 5.45am till someone came and stopped it. We had already been up to catch early flight and really needed a good sleep, which was impossible. Received an apology, but no compensation, other than being told will be bought to managements attention.

Everything...it was filthy. Thank God I shared the room with others because of I paid the full amount I would have have been angry

Location
Everything else was bad. Dirty. Smelly. Mouldy.
4.0 / 10.0
The rooms were old with broken and cracked shower tiles.
To boil the kettle the lid would fall off.

Close to downtown Cronulla
better reception on the TV. very limited channels
3.0 / 10.0
It was clean and bed was comfortable, TV worked, water was hot.
Where do I begin, sorry this is for your own good. Everything was either broken, worn, chipped, iris desperately in need of a renovation, money needs to be spent here. Cronulla is a prime position and you have it. But people expect more from a place at Cronulla, I stayed in the city last week in a 4 star hotel and paid $120. You have to spend money to make money, even if you start with 2 rooms at a time. Sandy

very dated. shower didn’t drain. missing basics like hairdryer and plates. Tiny tv.

Good location. Value for money. Comfy bed and clean. Blackout curtains, good air conditioner and all you need for the night with shampoo, soap, tea, coffee etc.
Water pressure but that’s probably not the fault of the motel. A bit dated but prices would go up.

Very clean, comfortable bedroom

Checkin was fine, sheets and towels were clean. Although there were non-smoking signs everywhere people were smoking near the room we had allocated: staff seemed reluctant to challenge them, but did offer another room which was good. Would have been a problem had there been no other room.
This is a relic from the 70's with nothing being fixed since then. lights didn't work beside the bed, toilet roll holder broken, door to bathroom looked like it had been chewed; the shower dripped and the taps were only 400mm from the floor? I'm not sure aircon had been ever cleaned hence I wore a mask. We paid $200 per night and expected the basics to have been fixed. Parking was tricky and by the time we got back around 11pm there was nothing available so had to park a block away as Cronulla has a really bad street parking problem.

it’s very old and the rooms need a lot of things fixing in them and the parking is very squashy

TV with 6 vertical black lines. Shower tiles filthy and mould. Bits and furniture pieces missing or broken. The price of $190 per night, ridiculous! Should have been half that price! Very disappointed!

It was in a good location conveneinet to beach and shops. Room as also relatively clean but very worn.
The room was extremely run down. Patching everywhere it felt like a hostel. Difficult to park car comfortably.

Location
Property needs maintenance, the AC was leaking, the fan in the bedroom was wobbly and noisy, curtains have holes in them

Came in late at night and they provided me with a pass code for the late night key card locker to access the room. The room was set up very cozy and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Linen and room was clean. Staff were accommodating. Easy to get to the train station. Quiet.
It was a little shabby, but this was reflected in the cheaper price. However the room and linen was clean.
