Ubicación, temperatura y cama. La cafetería que hay debajo (ajena al hotel) es buenísima.
baño, porque el suelo era imposible mantenerlo seco

Very nice! Next to the entrance of the Medina.

Just outside Medina walls .. parking in front with nice parking attendants ... nice hot showers... felt clean and had enough room
If you want a quiet place... maybe not best choice... you could hear from room to room through the open area that gave sunlight... we had multiple rooms so we enjoyed that..

cozy place, friendly and helpful guys at the reception, big terace with nice view

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. Very much detail in everything.
The shower was right in front of the toilet. So you basically showered above the toilet which was not very hygienic

Good and big apartment on ground floor.
No Garten or Patio as advised
Just a bit cold in the night, a couple Hoven are enough to resolve.
2 big beds + normal.bath and small kitchen with fridge.
Position is good, some 50m from entrance to Medina
Cold, but Chefchaouen is known to be in Mountains.
No Breakfast.
Payment in advance.

Super clean. Bed was hard but that’s typical of Morocco. Lovely staff.

Charming little hotel right next to one of the gates to the old city. Loved the hot water in the shower. Nice rooftop terrace with chairs and tables. Check-in was fast and uncomplicated.
Rooms are pretty dark. The whole toilet area is wet after you shower. There was hammering noise in the morning and in the late afternoon, which lasted for a very long time.

The best thing was the guys at the reception, they were so kind and sweet and helpful, it left good feelings. The location is very useful, you can get there by car but it is steps from the medina. I took the apartment for the kitchen and I was able to find things in nearby shops. I felt safe and cared for there. The decoration was cute - like murals on the light wells and charming furniture. Wifi and tv were fine. Good hot water in the shower and good cleaning! The fridge wasnt working when I arrived but it was fixed the next day. I didnt have to do steps, it is ground floor.
Being ground floor it is dark and lighting could be better, brighter bulbs with lamps would be cozier. There was a smell of damp and a bit of back up in the bathroom.

I forgot a sweater in the room after the checkout. I contacted the hotel the next day and they told me that they found it. Taoufik was amazing! He gave me his number, and took the sweater with him ( quite an expensive one :/ ) until i was in Casablanca and shipped it to me. I am so grateful of this hotel and of the staff they deserve all the best in the World!!

Traditional, clean and the facilities all work. Good location for walking into old quarter, not so great for parking.
Very steep stairs, which comes with a traditional building in these parts but could be a significant problem to some people and no warning before booking.
There are no carpets or sound deadening on the stairs etc, so it was exceedingly noisy at night, with people coming and going, talking loudly and banging doors etc.
It sounded like the people upstairs spent an hour re-arranging their furniture at 4AM!

amazing view, helpfull staff, great location and typicall morrocon decoration made our stay at Casa Khaldi simply perfect! I can not wait to come back
the accomodations are simple, yet effective! A lot of stairs, so not good for people with troubled walking abbilities

room is small.

It was colorful-artful. Clean. It possessed charm
Due to COVID there was only one staff person working…and living on site. While I was there there were only 3 rooms occupied/6 guests. But the staff (a 20 something year old nice guy) had to be asked daily to provide toilet paper, tiny shampoo and soap provided, fresh towels, and the room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Not a big deal…but his attention to any detail beyond being available in the office was lacking. (I learned that the owners live in France).
Another point…Chefchaouen is a very hilly town. A drawing point for most. And the hotel is high up in the city. So walking down to town is “easy” but back up…can be tough for older adults. And yes…taxi’s are cheap…and taxi drivers and other hustlers abound in Chaouen. 😂😂😂

Everything was on top, Ofc it's not a 5stars hotel but this place has exceeded our expectations, a two bedroom for a clean apartment in a good location with less than 30 quid in high season, that's amazing. Soufiane and his teammate were professional and helpful, car parked next to the hotel, we were very happy about our stay and this will be our next stop whenever we visit Chefchaouen.
Nothing.
