4.5
la rapidez en el servicio de atención al cliente.
Las limpiadoras eran muy amables y apañadas
Las almohadas eran demasiado finas y no estoy muy segura si de la ubicación era un lugar seguro

Wygodne łóżka, blisko do metra, czysta łazienka
Zapach papierosów w pokoju, ściany z papieru - wszystko słychać

Clean property and in a good location which is easily accessible
It's all good.i am impressed
5.0
Clean, comfortable beds, friendly host and staff, all necessary facilities, good location - close to shops, restaurants and transport.
Nothing to complain. People pay £50-£60 per night and expecting 5-star hotel experience, laughable.

When we complained about our problems, someone was send to fix it immediately.
The first room we had wasn’t cleaned, it was dusty and dirty (we could change rooms, the new one was a little better). The microwave was broken (got replaced the next day, after we informed the responsible person) and the oven wasn’t working properly. In addition to that the kitchen was also dirty with food leftovers from other people.
The bathrooms didn’t have any bins or soap.
The rooms are very small, you have barely space to move. The whole house had also a really bad smell, which was very unpleasant.
3.5
Fairly clean, fridge in room.
Very flat pillows and no fan in the room, got very hot in the night

- The room and the toilet were clean.
- It's close to a tube station (it doesn't have accessibility options, only old-fashioned stairs).
- Our room had the toilet next to it so it was fast and easy to access.
- The door codes worked fine and we could enter the property and the room without issues.
- It was one of the least expensive ones in the city that day (I still think it's expensive tho, I have stayed at a hotel in a private room with private bathroom for 50 a night on December in other big UK cities).
- The provided towels were also clean.
- There's a Lebanese restaurant close-by on the same street, The Orange Room, has very tasty food that's affordable.
- There's also a convenience store nearby that opens until late.
- The stairs shown in the picture are NOT the ones at the 57A property. When you enter the building, there's an extremely narrow corridor that leads to some stairs that are a very UK type of stairs — super steep and you have to tiptoe on them because it's impossible to place your whole feet on them.
We were travelling with a very heavy suitcase, and the space was really steep and narrow to go through. Which was very uncomfortable, and even a tad dangerous when going downstairs carrying said super heavy suitcase. I recommend stating clearly this information on the description and on the pictures, as it is a basic accessibility feature. This way, if we see it's not an accessible building, we can book somewhere else that is.
- They told me in a message that the room is on the first floor, but it's actually on the second. I was left curious as to how are they counting the floors. From what I understand, the corridor that leads to the steep stairs is on the ground floor. Then there's the first floor with two rooms, the bathroom with the bathtub, and the kitchen. And then the second floor where my room is, plus two more, and a toilet room.
- The building is really hot inside and there are no fans in the rooms, which is uncomfortable. Please consider having one in each room.
- The pillows have the thickness of a sheet of paper (almost like that, seriously). This is extremely uncomfortable and it gave me neck pain.
- There are no kettles in the rooms as stated in the description. That's in the kitchen.
- There was no hand soap in the toilet in the second floor, we had to go buy one for ourselves.
I'd recommend it if you're not carrying anything heavy and don't have joint problems. To stay for a night or two would be fine.
2.5
The location is fantastic, very close to the tube, and many shops near, so that was a plus, staff answered my questions via messaging booking.com relatively fast and were very polite. It is a fair value for money in London.
It was a bit difficult to find as it is a door with a number but no signs or anything that could indicate the place was correct, a bit dark when I got in, very hot, a bit noisy and the matters was a bit uncomfortable,

Nothing
Is a scam! Don’t pay for this. We arrived to the location and it was above a food shop and the code was not working. (All different from the pictures shown in booking) The contact number provided by Mile End rooms tried to take us more money offering another room instead when we arrived. We want the money back.

Not satisfactory clean

The room was facing the street so during the night it was a bit loud when the window was open. But didn’t other than that good stay.
