A clean and comfortable stay with convenient access to public transport, despite minor inconvenience

The room was tidy and spacious enough to comfortably open two cabin-sized bags, with a wardrobe available to hang your jackets. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was sufficiently spacious. My only interaction with the staff was during check-in, where the lady assisting me was polite and cheerful.

The toilet bowl was positioned too close to the wall, which made sitting awkward. I wasn't particularly fond of the location, but it’s just a 5-minute walk to the tram, which takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes.

One night stay.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. I liked having separate duvet. Bathroom nice and modern. Parking convenient.

Location was a bit out the way for us. We haven't visited Manchester before so probably should have researched this better. Not having tea and coffee facilities in room. We knew this when we booked and didn't think it would matter too much until you are up early and have to get dressed to go downstairs and make a tea or coffee to bring back up to your room. The breakfast was awful. There is a good selection but the cooked breakfast was cold. Plates were cold and the scrambled egg must be done with powdered egg. I think this is the.worst cooked breakfast I have ever had, and a lot of.people who had this option left theirs too. They do a full Irish breakfast at The Irish Heritage Centre over the road for £8.95 so skip breakfast at the hotel

Good stay

Hotel infrastructure is great

I came 2 hours earlier and they asked me 20 pounds for an early check in. I think it's a bit rude to ask 20 pounds or let your guest wait for a 2 hours early check in.

Niu Loom.A****

Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much. Great location. Lovely rooms Beautifully clean. We were off to a concert at the arena and it was only a £5 uber ride away!

Fantastica!

Ottima colazione, anche per celiaci. Mi è stato segnalato tutto quello che potevo mangiare ed ogni mattina mi veniva scaldato del pane senza glutine. Per me è sempre una difficoltà mangiare fuori casa proprio per le contaminazioni ma qui sono stata benissimo. In più c’è un punto ristoro di bevande calde aperto a tutti a qualsiasi ora e libero. Fantastico

I’m coming back!

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was lovely and having unlimited teas and coffees. I actually liked the smell of the shower gel as well which is quite unusual for me. it’s a good distance to the to the town and the staff were all so friendly

Cool design, comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Friendly staff were caring and helpful when I broke my arm and had to stay an extra night. Books to borrow were lovely - I read one on the artist Constable.

Concert stayover

The room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend. We stayed at the hotel because we were going to a concert at the Etihad stadium,we walked to the stadium but was easy enough to get a taxi back.

Very happy with everything.

The location of this hotel was ideal for my work travels. It was bright and airy and the staff welcoming. Clean room with a comfy bed. Nice retail park right next door.

Fantastic stay!

Location was 10/10, free parking with plenty spaces, 5 min walk to tram station called Queens Road where you can get a tram into Market Street (arndale shopping centre) adult return for £3.50, 10 min walk to retail park with nandos, kfc, mcdonalds, tkmaxx, nike, boots etc. Rooms were stylish, tv allowed you to chromecast netfix or youtube etc, cooked breakfast available, e.g sausages, eggs, bacon, bread, beans, cakes, yogurt, free tea/herbal tea and coffee/hot choc free all day, had a room overlooking the carpark so could keep an eye on my car, fantastic value for money and would stay again when in Manchester

A lot of dust on the tv cabinet stand seemed like it had not been cleaned and was not provided loo roll but staff at reception provided me with a new roll when asked

Great hotel. Perfect for a stay in Manchester

Really great hotel. Stayed here before. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Nice shower room. The bed is comfortable. Close to the transport links to the city centre.

The breakfast quality has declined. The scrambled egg is powdered and inedible. Also the sausages are pool quality. The hot breakfast items used to be much nicer. The selection of breads, pastries and cereals is good however.

Friendly staff. Free coffee and tea in the lounge area. Plenty of parking.

It was supposed to be a wheelchair ♿️ user room, unfortunately if I had needed a shower it would not have been possible, not a shower for a wheelchair user. The corridors & room are very narrow, not much room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. There was no sheltered area for smokers (not great sitting outside in a wheelchair in Manchester where it has a tendency to rain a lot). The food was very unimpressive.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Leider kein Kasten im Zimmer und die Betten sind etwas schmal, aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend.

Amazing and comfy

The staff were all friendly and make us feel very welcome. The hotel felt very safe to be at and was at a very convenient location for what we needed.

The only downside we felt was having no kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

Manchester stay

The bed was comfortable, and we have stayed there for a few times. It has been amazing, great Internet service and quiet area and staff attending our needs great shower and toilet clean

Cheap, basic. An OK option for a last minute city stop-over, but I would opt for other budget hotels

The hotel is fairly close to the city centre. It's easy to reach by car or public transport (within a stone's throw of a Metrolink station) and there is plenty of parking. Rooms are very quiet and clean. The pillows are decent.

The bed was rock hard, the hotel and room was basic and the corridor had a strong smell of damp. No in-room tea or coffee facilities (highly inconvenient). Staff in causal attire who seemed a bit indifferent (not bothering greet you when coming or going from the hotel, or bothering to ask if the stay was alright). Before my stay I contacted the hotel to try to arrange and pay for an early check-in. Despite contacting the hotel more than 24 hours in advance, I was told that early check-in was not available even though the hotel and Booking.com state that it is.

My mum booked a room for me and my partner but only booked 1 adult by mistake the man at the desk was so nice he gave me a double room for both of us no fus excellent staff very kind and friendly def stay again
