I really enjoyed the friendly staff and valet service. I wasn't initially told it would be $30 extra and I was so exhausted I was willing to pay it.
As a solo traveler, safety is a huge priority. At 10:00 PM there were several loud individuals in the hall outside of my room, including noises like scratching on the door or like someone was walking by touching the door handle. I had the deadbolt on and extra security measures, but it still made for a miserable, sleepless evening. That paired with the very loud air conditioner unit and I got no sleep. I was hoping that having a shower would help calm my nerves, and I was looking forward to using the beautiful rain shower head, however it was clogged/broken and completely unusable. I even took a video because I couldn't believe it was a huge feature in the bathing room and didn't even work properly.

I liked everything

Location was excellent to hospital access.
Nothing comes to mind

The property itself was nice and a great location, allowing us to walk to many different locations if we wanted and a quick drive to Arrowhead.
Staff was pretty unprofessional overall, with the exception of the gentleman who ran valet all weekend. He was super friendly and personable. The whole place was ran by 1 person for most of our stay so you could never get ahold of anyone to get your car from valet without going down to the front desk. We came in for a football game with the visitors team, and once we beat the chiefs we couldn’t even get the attention of the hotel bartender to get a beer when we returned from the game!

Bed was very comfortable. Room was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good! Both ladies were kind and took care of us. Location is good too. Easy access to restaurant and crown center. But, most of the Resto was close on Sunday and Monday. You can also order food to deliver. All the receptionists were easy going and respectful.
Everything is ok. I did not ask. But, I did not see a microwave?

Front desk and valet were great!
Close to Gate's BBQ and 18th & Vine district. Would stay again.

Staff was very helpful and nice. We felt very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants and see the city. It was very updated and clean. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. It was very quite and felt safe. We would stay again.
We didn’t like that the only opinion was to valet park and there was no covered or safe area to unload our luggage it was just along the roadway.
4.3
Clean, fresh, beautiful everywhere the eye can see!
Parking is AWFUL. If you can’t find a spot in the street out front for free, they valet for like $30 a night.
4.3
The property is great. The decor and overall vibe was modern, clean and comfortable. We were really close to the street car, crown center, union station and the crossroads. The staff was really nice.
Our room was pretty warm, but the staff did a great job accommodating us and moved us to a room with better ventilation.

Fire alarm at 2 a.m.
4.3
very clean and well kept
Parking is a pain and $28 a day seems steep for valet

It is the worst nicest hotel we’ve ever been in. It has a nice style but not enough staff to provide good service.
The receptionist was eating dinner at 930pm-foul smelling food at his station the first night. The second day he was sleeping at the receptionist desk. The bathroom floors were filthy. Before we checked out three different maintenance people came in to clean our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. WITHOUT KNOCKING!

Very clean and up to date hotel. Location was great.
Needs more parking. Did not have room service.

Our experience from check-in to check-out was fantastic! The hotel staff were friendly, the main areas and our room were clean and had modern/cozy vibes.
Our visit was a staycation for first Fridays weekend. We will definitely recommend to others and stay again!
4.3
Helpful staff, clean & efficient room.
Needed to be closer to venue. No pool. Not sure about a work out room.

Everything is great there. Clean. Great location.
I wish you had a secure entrance. Anyone can get on the floors

The staff was amazing. They made it feel just like home

no room service as advertised.

Location was good.
Extremely Over Priced. Parking is nearly non-existant except for $28 per night extra cost for valet parking at the Indigo.

Too expensive!

Staff was so friendly and polite despite them being overrun by parade goers. We stayed here for the Kansas City Chiefs Celebration parade since it was right on the parade route.
Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was very trendy and perfect for the area. This was the former KC Costume Company building converted to a hotel so lots of brick from original building.
4.3
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. We are here to watch the Chiefs Superbowl parade go right by our front door!
Love the room.
Rockville Grill next door is a fantastic place to eat. 2 blocks away from a great jazz club, The Green Lady Lounge.
