This little place is terrific! It was very clean and tidy and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my guests were all very comfortable with the layout and loved the proximity to all that downtown has to offer while being in a quiet-ish neighborhood, The neighbors next door were super cool and pleasant to talk to. They had some really great recommendations as to local eateries, coffee shops, and they had some really great insight regarding the local venews. The property manager was communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is centrally located and within walking distance to many things (RiNO resturants and bouldering gym, downtown 16th street). The caution is that all of Denver is a patchwork of nice and sketchy. I felt safe in the house and it was very nice, clean, well-stocked in the kitchen, and well-maintained. Very nice little garden area out back for morning coffee, nice landscaping around the house. We did see some things around the neighborhood that were concerning, so caution while walking around is a must. One suggestion for the management company-- make the codes on the door more random and perhaps 5 digits instead of 4.

This was a very cute, historic house. All updated. It’s in convenient walking distance to stores and restaurants. Ubured most places though due to the issue of the homeless in the area…throughout Denver, not just in the location of the house. If it were just my mom and I, I wouldn’t have been concerned walking. But with my son I was wary as some were openly doing hard drugs.

Beautiful. As described. Easy to get to and so close to downtown. So many earing establiments near by. Yes there are a few himeless camps nearby byt they dont bother you. I HUGHLY recommend renting thus fine home for a wonderful stay. Fully equipped with personal essentials and every kitchen needs. I would give it an 11 star if there were 11 stars. So easy to fibd. The property managers messaged us to make sur we werewere happy and asked if we needed anything.

Photos and description are accurate. Two small bedrooms were fine for two couples. Shared bath is modest but fine. Kitchen seemed well equipped though we didn’t use it as there are so many great restaurants in walking distance. Back yard and front porch are nice bonus spaces. Property manager was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home with some nice updates. Not much within walking distance. Neighborhood had some concerning issues. Heard gunshots on one night. Woke up to a man sleeping on the ground outside of our house one morning. The house was nice and well stocked kitchen but wouldn't stay again.

The house was immaculate. Very comfortable and clean. The art on the walls was great and showed street art from the area (we went and saw each of the murals). The location is terrific for access to Rino and five points. Easy walking...although know that a few of the walking routes will lead you thru some areas with a bunch of homeless shelters. Booking and check in was effortless. We would absolutely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming house in Five Points. Very convenient to downtown restaurants and night spots. The house has two small bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely outdoor patio. We had enough space to enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday and close enough to enjoy what Denver has to offer.

Enjoyed our stay in this cute neighborhood which is close to all. We explored some new areas and enjoyed some old. The house was easy to enter, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio in the mornings, and we were super happy to have a nice air conditioner to keep us cool. We found that we could grab scooters and be across town in no time. Would for sure recommend to anyone that wants to explore Denver.

Great for walking distance to downtown activities, bars, restaurants, and Coors Field. Just don't be afraid to pass all the homeless tents. It is an older home so you hear every creak and crack of footsteps so don't plan on any hanky panky if you are staying with friends!! LOL Other than that, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

What a gem! We have two children and traveled to see our oldest in Colorado. It was a great house for our family to stay, enough room to entertain all. Full kitchen with most of the immediate necessities that one would need, full size refrigerator to hold any and all groceries that one would buy for their trip, a small backyard to also sit in have your morning coffee breakfast whatever you like. Most major things were within 10 to 15 minute walk of downtown, all entertainment was within a 5 to 10 minute drive. There is a Starbucks in the Safeway center walking distance from the house. The beds were comfortable but bathroom small so if you have a larger group just be patient 😁. The cutest front porch to sit on and hang out if that's your thing. Can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfect place that had all the essentials we need to for our trip. The location was excellent we were able to walk to tons of bars coffee shops and restaurants throughout the week. The host was super responsive whatever we needed him and parking on the street was very easy. Highly recommend.
