Really convenient and clean.
Really uncomfortable sofa bed, the studio we stayed in is just designed for a couple but it was advertised as two beds accommodation.

Nice area, beautiful apartment where we could use the garden, very clean, lots of towels and appliances in the kitchen and washing facilities. Nice that you can park next to the house in your own spot. Great to explore the area from.
No diner table, so where to eat if you are with 4 and its raining? No tea maker, had to boil water in a pan to make tea. A bit dark as its the floor below the house. No booklet in the house with how everything works, where to find things, tips for restaurants, stores etc. Would have helped if you are new to town.

good location, nice space
no heat, unresponsive staff, awful experience with vacasa.

Great space, good to have washer/dryer, location was a bit rough but only 15mins walk to downtown.
I felt like it had been empty for a bit. Very cold and damp. if that was the case it would have been good to have the opportunity for an early check in.

quaint. easy access to everywhere
There were 3 of us. Loved the place just thought it was more suitable for 2 guests.

This property is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We loved the light from all the windows. We felt comfortable walking from the property to the old port area for dining, shopping and access to the ferry line. We didn’t have the opportunity to make good use of the wonderful kitchen, but it looked like a great set up for serious cooking.
It was an easy drive from the property to several lovely state parks.
The only thing we did not like was having to back out of the driveway onto a somewhat busy street.

A few places nearby to walk for food and drink.
No place to open out your luggage. Neighborhood was not all that good. The entry door does not have an inside manual deadbolt. We had to rely on the coded lock, which made us feel a bit insecure. The entry door has no covering, which allowed light in when not wanted and allowed anyone walking up to the door to see directly through to the bedroom.

Location and it was a cute apartment.
Nice kitchen/appliances, washer dryer, plenty of towels, and clean
4" spider in the bedroom that ruined the last night of our trip.
Pest control items around the place made us nervous at first and our worries came to fruition.
Back door could have a blind on it since the back yard looks right in.

Excellent location. Every thing in the city is with in walking distance. The unit is clean, very comfortable. The property care taker, Jess Hargreaves was excellent and responsive to all our needs. The appliances are new. We had everything we needed

The place was very modern. Clearly recently renovated.
The biggest issue was the heat. It’s really not capable for a Maine winter. When we came in it was set at 65. It took more than 6 hours to get to 70 degrees.
The place was pretty clean but there was a noticeable ant problem, a few spiders and noticeable cobwebs in a few spots.
The kitchen is reasonably equipped but clearly some things have been broken and not replaced. For example, there is only one coffee cup.

Great mattress! Great parking, cute view out back, great decor.
This seems like a new place still figuring out what's needed for a well equipped kitchen.

Everything, the apartment was just remodled & was excellent. Molly was great to work with & very accommodating to all of our requests.
