Staff was welcoming and friendly, the space was cozy and well decorated. We loved our stay here!

Staff and everyone staying at the Hostel was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and the shared dorm didn’t feel cramped at all! I usually have a hard time being in the same space as other strangers but I was relaxed the entire time I stayed here. Good vibes all around!
The only thing I did not like was the amount of stairs to be honest. Truth be told I can’t think of anything else beyond that since this place is absolutely lovely!

I really enjoyed all of the available activities and welcoming spaces throughout the hostel. The shared bathroom was very well kept and had everything I needed. The instructions for the rules to follow and how to respect the hostel itself were very clear. My room was nice and presentable upon arrival. Overall a great first hostel stay experience.
There was no elevator and I was on the third floor which was difficult with luggage and things but I made it work, none the less.

Really beautiful lobby and helpful staff. Fully stocked kitchen and seemed like a safe area.
Female dorm room was nice but a curtain for the beds would make it a 10+
Not the fault of the hostel but parking was a pain.

The hostel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The room was well-equipped, and cleaned daily. The location was calm yet central and close to where I needed to go. Very enjoyable stay, Thank you!
Nothing, this was honestly perfect for my needs.

Nice communal space, well appointed kitchen, bathroom was spotless.
Reception being manned 24hr would be better. Parking is absolutely awful in the area but that isn't something the hostel can change.

it is the most beautiful hostel I've ever been. the common areas are so amazing, and comfy and creative. walking distance to most places you would wanna visit. it is very clean.
The bedroom was too small to accommodate six people. other hostels I've stayed a bedroom like that would accommodate maximum of four. having six people ended up causing a very agitated night, hard to sleep. nothing out of usual, like music or anything. but people entering and getting out all the time after quiet time. the fact there is only one bathroom for six people in the room, without the option to have shower and toilet separated, also made things a bit difficult. some guests more than once were taking very long shower and I had to wait for bathroom for almost half an hour. but the worse part is they said they would charge a prepayment before my stay, but they also charged 50 dollars extra, that was not announced anywhere, not on the listing, they didn't say anything and now I am facing problems because I was not planning to put that amount of money on my card, I need to wait 2 days, but I need the card immediately. nothing should be put on my card without precious information.

The hostel was so welcoming and lovely! The common space has plenty of games, and a board of local community events which was so helpful!
I wouldn’t change anything!

Words are missing to describe how great our stay was. Certainly the best hostel we stayed in the US and we travelled a lot. Great location, walking distance from the city, super nicely decorated (fantastic wall papers), very nice crew. And Heather, the owner, cooked for all the thanksgiving dinner that she offered us. We will remember her big heart ! definitely recommend
Heating a bit hot in the rooms at night for French !

This hostel was very welcoming as a solo female traveller. Female dorms are available which were great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and happy to give recommendations for places to eat or visit. Other guests were friendly and willing to chat, so there was a nice overall environment!
Location was very central to the Old Town/Downtown (which was beautiful in October), so it was easy to walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to visit during a short stay. To explore more of the city and surrounding area and to travel the airport, Ubers were very reasonably priced from this location, and there were public transport options available. Lots of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity!
The rooms and common areas were comfortable and extremely clean. The level of disturbance in the night in any hostel depends on how many guests are in the room, and when they are leaving, but in my experience, people staying here were very considerate when leaving early in the morning. The price was reasonable and much cheaper than almost everywhere else available in Portland when I looked!
Decor was lovely and a lot of fun (especially the wallpaper) and they went all out with the Halloween decorations! Great coffee provided in the mornings for free was a bonus!
Overall, I had an excellent and very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone, and will be staying there again next time I am in Portland!

The hostel is in an excellent location nearest to the major sites in Portland. The rooms, common areas, and shared bathrooms are impeccably clean.
The hotel itself does not have parking, but it was very easy to find street parking close to it.
The triple room is tiny, so don't expect for three people to get ready in there at the same time. This was totally fine with us as we were just there to sleep and out the rest of the time!
