Logement bien placé

- Emplacement au pied du métro - facilité pour récupérer clefs et échanges avec propriétaire

- Bruit de la rue important si on dort dans le salon (ce qui était notre cas)(ok dans la chambre pas de bruit) - humidité du logement et odeur dans la salle de bains

Less than one minute walk to Pasteur Metro and Pierre Hermé

The location was perfect. It's very easy to take the metro and within walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. Michel, the host, also helped me book some good restaurants. There's everything in this apartment. I'd love to come back to this apartment.

A firmer pillow would be great.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location if you are trying to not be in the tourist zone.

Amazing apartment steps away from the metro. Quiet after hours for the most part (even with the Rugby Cup in town). Clean, big enough and the bed was very comfortable.

No issues with anything, everything was as expected.

Good location, safe neighborhood, easy access to various transport, and very local feel

good location, right across the street from a Metro station and taxi stand. A wide selection of grocery stores, boulangeries, quick food, cafes and restaurants were all close by. The apartment was clean, generally well maintained and had everything we needed to cook simple meals and eat in including a nice sized refrigerator with top freezer. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Windows opened easily and allowed for good ventilation although with the windows open there is some street noise, but it does quiet down at night. There is a hospital nearby and ambulances pass by, but the sounds did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Neighborhood is safe and we felt comfortable walking to and from the Eiffel Tower at night. Three flights of narrow circular stairs take you up to the apartment. if you have lots of luggage, it may take a couple of trips up and down the stairs. There was a basic selection of maps and informational booklets available.

There was a little bit of plaster peeling on one wall in the bathroom as well as some spots of mold in a ceiling corner above a non-functional window. Would have appreciated a list with some local cafe/restaurant recommendations and instructions for using the washer/dryer combo unit.

This apartment is a great home base in the Montparnasse–Bienvenüe area of Paris.

My husband and I liked that there was a Metro station station across the street. Traveling by public transportation was easy. In addition, there are numerous cafes on the street.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Everything we experienced we expected. For example, there is no elevator in the building. We expected to walk up steps to the apartment. So we did not have any large suitcases.

Superb

The location of the apartment is perfect, just in front of the metro station Pasteur. The neighborhood is safe, lots of terraces and great restaurants. The view of Montparnasse Tower from the living room is unique. The host is very nice and in the apartment there is all you need for a great Parisian holiday.

The building does not have the Parisian charm and the smell in the stairs area is not so great.
