location was ideal for our needs
The parking was difficult
4.0
Space was a good size and very neat and tidy. All instructions were clear and the owners emailed to check how we were going!
I could get really picky and say that the double bed wasn't very comfortable and that there was no indication that one of the bedrooms was located downstairs.
This only made it a challenge for us because we had 2 couples and a baby so it meant one of the parents had to sleep downstairs with the baby.
And the additional bed was just a thin fold out bed.

The living room leads directly into the kitchen which has good facilities. A nice touch was some mini butter, jam and UHT milk , tea bags , which was very handy as we arrived late in the evening.
The heating works fine and the bathroom and shower is nice and clean. i liked the fact their are two bathrooms one of the ground floor.
The garden has a a back gate leading to the parking area which is easier to bring luggage through.
The area the property is in and the street is just a little bit down at heel but the property looks better inside than out. The parking is down a narrow alley way which is hard to negotiate because of cars parked right up to the entrance of it. The parking area is not lit at night and feels a bit insecure when it’s dark. There are a few gaps under the fence in the back garden which might be a problem if you have a small dog. A light at the front door Wouid be very useful at night, luckily I had a torch.
Beds / mattresses are all really uncomfortable and hard.

Cleaning items avaliable to use, showers were good, bedrooms were a good size
Parking, rear space was tight, neighbours car was parked in alleyway so couldn’t park up as soon as we got there and no additional parking close to property. Could do with addition info to a permit could be purchased
5.0
Easy convenient , great location nice big clean good yard
3.5
Spacious living area, close to town. Modern kitchen appliances
Some beds need replacing, a chair in each bedroom plus wall hooks at least with hangers would be useful as nowhere to hang clothes
5.0
amazing place, very spacious, comfortable and beautiful.
4.0
Great location and only a short walk into Salisbury, on-line parking permit supplied by owner (only need if you have a large vehicle as space at rear of property). Property nicely set out and added bonus of a garden.
There were a few issues with the property which meant we had to have some conversation's with the owners, some of them were resolved whilst others could not be when we were there, The cigarette ashtray was overflowing in the garden as mentioned in other reviews.

good value for money, accommodated our family well, would recommend
wifi didn’t work, I know we could have contacted staff but we were out most of the time so it wasn’t a deal breaker. As other reviews have noted, no hanging space or even hooks. We were attending a special occasion and could’ve done with facility to hang up suits, dresses etc. Ash tray in garden overflowing with cigarette ends, not an attractive sight.

Like been at home every you need is there 👍🏼
Parking was not great as I had a large people carrier but for smaller car’s parking is at the back which is great

Very well maintained, clean and comfortable.
Very close to all the places we wanted wanted to visit.
Nothing at all.

Clean comfortable and description of property spot on
Park very hit and miss
No room at rear of property for Van and street parking very busy

The house was in a great location, with very easy access to all of the great restaurants and bars in the centre of Salisbury, and equally easy to drive out to other locations. The house was well heated, had good clean carpets, a good supply of clean towels, and all of the beds were very comfortable with good quality matresses. The hosts were very always available for any problems, and extremely welcoming. They made our stay easy to arrange, with simple check in and check out. There is a parking space to the rear which is a little tricky to manage, but much needed as there is no parking in the street.
Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things that we felt let the property down, especially in view of the price we paid for 3 nights. The kitchen and bathrooms, and and general decor was a little tired. It is disappointing to note that previous reviews have listed some of these items, and they have not been addressed. The kitchen equipment was quite basic, and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher as there was space and plumbing for this in the kitchen, There was no mirror in the bathroom, and nowhere to hang towels in the downstairs shower room. There was no wardrobe or indeed any hanging space or hooks anywhere, so nowhere to hang clothes or coats. Some of the furniture needs some attention (e.g. some drawers not working, coffee table in lounge has a loose top). There was a TV but no freeview box, so it ran off the internet which at times was a little slow. Setting it up needed some technical knowledge and a requires you to register your own subscription services, without which there would be nothing to watch. It would have been good to know this. The house was not as spotlessly clean as we were expecting, and certainly not 'Covid' clean, with dust on some skirting boards, some hair in the bath, and stains in the kitchen sink, and stains on the headboard of one of the beds. We would also have expected tea towels, a clean dishcloth, and new washing up sponge (the one left for us was used).
