Well appointed home with lots of space and beds. Only major issue was inability to get cable access

There were many things we loved about the house. The house was stocked well in the kitchen & bathrooms. The house is beautiful, loved the neighborhood, the wild life so so pretty. The things that need extra attention are needing taken care of
The mold issues downstairs was visual & the smell was terrible. That was concerning for health issues to us & other renters. The trundle beds were soiled. We could only get 1 trash bag in the trash bin, so we had to leave a bag in the kitchen.

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing area.

The house was in great condition and offered the flexibility in accommodating our group. The owner was available when we needed assistance with the gas fireplace.
The fact that it was just over one mile to Beech Mountain made it the optimal place to stay.
Beware of the driveway

This was the best family vacation and it was because this place was beautiful. Our family enjoyed everything about this experience

My family enjoyed their stay in Beech Mountain.

Very nice and clean cabins. We booked it because of reasonable price. Evolve has great selections.

My Family and I rented this property for my grandson’s commencement weekend and property was FABULOUS!

Amazing cabin for a quick weekend getaway with amazing girlfriends. Plan on rebooking in the future.

This was just a beautiful home and my family and I loved it and we want to return next fall. The property the manager the whole experience was great
4.7
Owner was available and accommodating. The property was in great condition.
My only two concerns:
1. Fire Place - Owner had to come over to get operational, stating "it is a pain to get going". (I would suggest a new gas fire)
2. Driveway - Very treacherous. I had a Toyota and it bottomed out. Others had a truck and felt very uncomfortable getting into and out of the front driveway.

The propety needs maintenance and cleanliness.
The main room TV did not work properly. Internet was awful. This was very frustrating as this is where we would all gather.
Kitchen GFI switch was broken and that only left two outlets.
Master shower door was almost broken
Dishwasher door did not close properly
There were only two full showers and this was difficult with 8 people.
Fireplace was very frustrating as it did not work all the time.
Very Very cold in basement where 3 of the bedrooms were.
Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid.

This cabin was the most clean we have ever stayed. It was heavily decorated with Christmas which typically seems cluttered and dusty, but it didn’t feel that way at all. I especially loved how the bunk beds had sheets provided, but enclosed in a package. You could definitely be assured the sheets were clean. The location is so convenient to the Beech Mountain slopes entrance which made it easy to drop off and pick up the husbands and kids. Loved the fireplace and the hot tub which keeps heat very well! The hot water is amazing and the little space heater in the downstairs bedroom works very well.

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend for our annual Christmas Tree trip. We've stayed in several different cabins in the area, all for larger groups 10+ so i feel like we gave a good variety of experiences. We were absolutely satisfied with this house! It was probably one of the cleanest and well stocked kitchens. The Christmas decorations were amazing. Hot tub was toasty. The beds were plenty. I have no complaints. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time hanging out in the area. House is great for groups that like to spread out. There isn’t a lot of seating in the living room for a large party to gather. We had a tough time (family of 5 including 3 adult children) hanging out and watching a football game comfortably due to limited seating.
The pictures made me think there were good views, but the property is in a neighborhood that is plenty nice so no real views.
There is a ping pong table and tvs everywhere but very challenging to get the tvs to work except in the living room.
Overall it’s a great layout for large parties with diverse age groups. Would be a great hon base in the winter for skiing.

Parking was not very good
4.7
The property was ok but certainly could’ve been better. The hot tub was very dirty, and there were no essentials like coffee filters, soap, etc. Also, the trash process was pretty ridiculous as we’re not happy to pay to drop off garbage.
4.7
The home was lovely and very clean! The ping pong table was a hit too! We enjoyed our Sister Vaca very much. Word of advice to the next renter, the driveway is on an incline so backing up is best.

This house was perfect for our large group! Lots of space and entertainment with lots of separate privacy options for multiple families. Beautiful house and amenities. Parking is a little intimidating at first, but once figured out is suitable. Thank you so much for allowing our special request of chevk-out needs!

We had a great time at the house with location being 5 minutes from the ski resort. It happened to come a blizzard while we were there so it was perfect for skiing and snowboarding. However, when we got to the house we noticed a few things being wrong with the house. None of the TVs in the house worked. They would all turn on but none of them were connected to a cable service or able to connect to the internet. The dishwasher worked fine, however when you went to load it, it wasn't connected to the cabinets and would tilt forwards out of the cabinet pocket. The fire pit on the porch nor the fireplace inside the house worked. Im sure the fire pit outside was probably a propane issue rather than functionality, however the wires appeared to be cut to the fire place in the living room which was slightly disappointing especially after it snowed we were really looking forward to using the fire place. The grill outside would only light the front burners rather than the whole grill so grilling for dinner was rather difficult and we ended up bringing all our foods back inside and cooking on the stove. And lastly, this house is available to sleep 12 with all the bedrooms and beds, however there was only about 6-8 towels in the entire house. I know that seems like a long list of things but in all reality the house was a gorgeous house, and we made it function perfectly well for all of us during our stay.

The front driveway was inaccessible by our vehicle. There was an alternate parking spot out back, though it has a totally different address. I made my way up a hill alongside the house to the front where I found a lockbox that wouldn't open with the combination that was given. I called the property manager (?) and he walked me through that. As I made my way through the house to open the backdoor for my family I realized that the garage space had been partitioned and converted into a room so there actually was NO garage parking as advertised. More bothersome was the smell. The whole downstairs smelled so strongly of stagnant water and mold that it took my breath away. Two of the bedrooms were basically unusable because of the overpowering stench.
When I closed the master bathroom door , a mirror fell off the wall adjacent to the door. Later on we tried to load the dishwasher and the whole unit fell forward from the cabinet. The trim that was supposed to hold it in up top was improperly anchored with two paneling nails. It nearly dumped a rack full of heavy dishes onto my wife's foot. Several of the receptacles had arcing marks on them and the electrical work downstairs seemed pretty sketchy. There were also a number of accessories and plumbing fixtures that were loose and wobbly. The breaker box was open with a big bunk bed frame blocking it from closing which gave me the impression they're having to get in there often and got tired of moving the bed. By the second night we were afraid to touch anything in the cabin for fear of more things breaking. The hot tub had broken panels sitting in it and half the jets only worked intermittently. There were also several cruddy dishes in the drawers. There were several lesser issues that we probably wouldn't have noticed had so much attention not been brought to the obvious problems.
This cabin has so much potential, but I don't feel that we got what we paid for. I hope that these issues will be addressed for future guests, especially the mold/moisture downstairs, electrical issues, and lack of back driveway lighting, which for us was the only way to access the cabin.
I considered contacting the owner about these issues but only being there for a few nights I didn't really want to spend our vacation dealing with people coming in working on things etc . I just hope they make it right for the next guests who come.

We loved our time in this house! It had everything we needed and then some. The check-in process was a breeze. The location was perfect, minutes from Beech mountain skiing. We were lucky enough to be there during a beautiful snowy weekend. Waking up to a snow covered mountain with some deer outside of the window was amazing! Coming home from a day of skiing and getting in the hot tub was even better! We will be back next time we visit!

This home was better than expected! It looked professionally decorated for Christmas. There are actually 3 1/2 bathrooms. There are two beds where the picture shows an upstairs couch and table. There's a ping pong table in a back basement room. There's hiking close by. The hot tub was big and comfortable. We loved seeing all the deer. The kids used the free sledding hill in town. We highly recommend this home.

BDay Retreat
I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at this cabin! It was better than expected. The cabin was spotlessly clean and beautiful, and as exactly as advertised! I would definitely visit again.

The house was great! Very clean and modern. My only knock would be figuring out the cable in the living room and the mattress in the master bedroom. Other than that is was very pleasant!
