It a great house, love the original architecture. We noticed a lot of small ants in the master bedroom. Also it look like a hive on the outside of the main bathroom. SorrY about the late response. Busy with family stuff.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was a comfortable place to come back to in the evening and make some dinner. The dog and kids all made themselves at home. It was perfect for what we needed!

We had a nice stay in this super cute house. The kitchen was so well stocked and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard with the doggies. Lovely landscaping and a huuuge, gorgeous tree! The only down side was that one of the bed comforters had a lot of dog fur on it from a previous guest, and we did find a few cobwebs and a spider/web in the primary bathroom, but other than that it was very clean. And there were plenty of linens to switch out the comforter, so no big deal. Very close to Popejoy Hall- which was super convenient. Alan was great, we would definitely stay here again. :)

This is a wonderful.property in a really neat neighborhood. Our dogs loved the greenery in the backyard and our grandson had a blast playing as well. Weblove to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked to do that. The master bedroom is huge and comfortable, and the split plan allows for fsmily to have their own space. This is definitely a "do again". The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze.

Only here two nights but had every thing we needed. Master bedroom is particularly nice and other end of house for privacy.

Long weekend visit. Nice neighborhood, lovely house, comfortable, and well appointed. Host was clear about check in, gave us a heads up on a small non-issue with the property, and responsive to questions. My family would be happy to stay there again.

Charming house with a great backyard for our dogs

Very clean house in a great neighborhood. We needed to be close to UNM and this was perfect. Very close to shopping malls/stores and restaurants. Owner has a list he suggests. There are also several grocery stores nearby although Google took me to a Whole Foods that was not yet finished being built and to a Walmart that had been shut down so perhaps adding nearby grocery stores to the list provided would be good. The only con to this house is that it is very cold in the winter. There is a fireplace in the living room and heaters in each room but heat does not reach the bathrooms and if you have to use one in the middle of the night or early morning they are freezing. The heaters themselves are also very noisy. They creak all night long. Nothing some earplugs won't fix.
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. If we find ourselves in Alb. again we would definitely stay here.

Clean inside and out. Comfortable. Great layout for meals and games while cooking and watching TV.
Primary bedroom was quite and completely separate so 2 adult families could hang out and still be in the same house with lots of privacy.

What a great place in a quaint neighborhood. Perfect for pets and very roomy with comfortable beds. Honestly, pictures don't do it justice. The backyard is private and that tree is just awesome. Will definitely stay again.

House was exactly what we needed! Location was ideal, plenty of space for everyone, neighborhood was lovely, and the backyard was a great retreat. We would definitely stay here agree when traveling to Albuquerque.

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location to our daughters house. Alan had really nice touches with coffee and tea options, and lotion for the dry New Mexico temperatures.. The bed was very comfortable. A wonderful back yard with blooming iris and a great shade. We would definitely stay again.

We’re giving this stay a 4/5 due to the fact that there were technical issues; master bath toilet and TV we’re not functional and heaters were quite noisy. Beyond that, the house was very cute, great backyard and location. Host was easy to connect with.

Liked having a yard!

Nice little house with a secure yard for some small dogs. Very clean, nice amenities and plenty of room. Only downside was the proximity and noise from the AFB nearby but we knew that going in.

This was the perfect spot for our stay. The location provides pretty good access to anywhere you want to visit in the city. The beds and furniture were perfectly comfortable and the desk in one room was perfect for needing to work during our stay. There are more than enough towels, blankets, and kitchen items for any stay. One item to be aware of if you are only familiar with central heat/air…this location is climate controlled by several small heating/cooling units. Just flip those on as soon as you arrive and they’ll work great with a few minutes to catch up if the house has been unoccupied for a bit. I will 100% stay here anytime I’m in Albuquerque!

Owner was very accommodating and home is just big enough for a small family. Nice backyard. Some noise from the nearby base, but Ridgecrest neighborhood is charming and nice for walking. Kitchen could use a few more dishes, especially if more than one or two people are staying. Cute home.
