About this apartment rental
This is a well appointed unit with high end finishes and new furnishings. This unit is on the bottom floor with two beds and two baths located in building 4 right across from the new recreation center. This unit offers free WI-FI. The living room offers a nice flat screen TV, electric fireplace & a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories & seating for 6 in the dining area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The guest room has a queen bed as well. From the private balcony you have long range mountain views and a ski in/out slope view in the winter. This unit has an electric remote fireplace & a washer/dryer. The clubhouse is now open to our guests with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Come relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

The place is great ! Stayed with my daughter for four days, ski holidays. Very close to Oma’s meadow lift, it’s a huge plus. Also the unit is a few steps to the pool. The unit was very clean, nice kitchen and living room. Rooms and bathrooms were ok (would have preferred a firmer mattress).Heaters worked very well.Would definitely come back.

Have stayed in other units in previous years but this one is the nicest. This unit is updated, and you will not be disappointed. The location to the slope, the parking, and the clubhouse makes everything easier. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Good location just across from club house w pool, sauna, hot tub. Very close to grocery and dining. Space was comfortable and clean. MST bath the shower worked one day and then not the next and was only issue we had. Glad we found this lodging.

The perfect place for a family vacation on the slopes. The space was very comfortable, even with 3 adults & 2 kids. Exceptionally clean & equipped with everything we needed. Truly ski in/out (although not for beginners). And the heated pool was a hit with the kids after a long day riding! Property staff were friendly and helpful. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was right at the top of the slopes... great ski in/ski out for experienced skier. Our daughters are younger and as inexperienced boarder/skier we had to use the shuttle to take them down to the bottom and then come up but that was super simple and convenient as well. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen fully stocked with spices, coffee maker, dishes etc.
The weather came quick and with a lot of snow, the resort was extremely accommodating with helping us add an additional day to get home at a safer time. They were very helpful with helping us turn on the fireplace. Overall, the stay was our best family vacation yet. I highly recommend this spot for a great time!

We had friends that stayed in other condos that were outdated and did not have an amenities. 411 was beautiful and had all things you needed. Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious for us allowing us to have plenty of room to rest after a long day of skiing. The updates to the condo give it a new and updated interior which made it feel like a home away from home. Check in and check out was simple, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.
Our older boys loved that they could ski right out the back door. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook family meals each night.

We could walk right out onto the slopes and the unit was beautiful! Reservation, check-in and check-out was very explanatory and simple. The location was great; there was so much to do around the Country Club! We had plenty of linens, dishes, and space to enjoy a long weekend together. There was a description/picture of a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom which would have worked perfect for our son and his friend however when we got there, it was a full bed instead. Still I would recommend Unit 411 to anyone looking to enjoy a family fun-filled stay at Sugar Mountain!

We had a great little ski weekend in this unit. The lady at the front desk told us that this unit has a new owner that is currently updating it, and I like the direction they are going with it. The new pics aren't up at the time of my review, but it has a much more modern feel than other units we have rented. Its location is great too. It's an end unit, so it is quiet and has much more natural light than other units. I highly recommend this 2 bed, 2 bath unit for anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable stay on the mountain.

The refrigerator was making a loud buzzing sound. We had to unplug it and plug it back up to get it to stop. THAT is the directions the office gave us when we called. The refrigerator DID NOT keep the food I brought cold enough. The stove has almost impossible to cook on. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPLACE THE STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR. We did not have enough towels. The FURNITURE IS AWFUL. IT SHOULD ALL BE UPDATED. There were dirty towels in one of the units we rented. I really hope someone will call me. I spend TOO much money for this unit to have it look the way it did.

We were with our son and his family for a first time skiing experience. The condo was adequate for our needs. We ate breakfast and dinners together, so we didn’t have to find restaurants which saved time and energy. The office personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Although the property technically is ski in ski out, that only applies if the guest has skied before . The children in our group had never skied. We drove to the lodge for the ski rental, lift tickets, and lessons. The overall decor is a little tired, but functional. Supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen were part of the rental cost, and this does help when basics are in place. The view was pretty from our location. When snow making equipment is in operation, the sound is fairly loud, although I think it may have been quieted later into the night. I do recommend the property, with the caveat thento ski in or out, a person must be experienced.

The fireplace is broken (description said no fireplace, but instead it is broken, so why not fix it?), blinds don't work, dirty used sheets and pillow left in pull-out sofa (not owners fault), top bunk bed makes REALLY loud noises when the person in it moves at all, furniture is super dirty (lots of hairs, etc.), kitchen needs new shelf paper and just general cleaning, including the pans, utensils, etc., we killed about 20 baby roaches in the kitchen (could be a one time thing), and worst of all, it smells really bad. The worst of the smell is in the master bedroom. Water damage, mold, maybe? Not sure, but really bad. If we had arrived while management was still available, I definitely would have requested a move to another unit. We have stayed at this complex several times before and have not had this experience.
