Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen älter, aber wir haben und trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Breakfast was not very good. We’ve got tired of it the second day because it was the same thing day after day no variety eggs was too watery. Rice and a chicken was cold. Rooms are very outdated shower fixtures broke, and a safety box was not mounted. Rooms were not made up until I asked him to on the second day. Rooms were never turned over till the last day my robe disappeared on my last night.
Breakfast could’ve been a lot better along with the restaurant. Staff needs more training in customer service. They were very pleasant and respectful, but got absolutely nothing done when Asking for request

As of this writing, Boracay Mandarin Premiere White Sands still has some refurbishing to do on the ground floor and the elevator is not yet fully operational -- but it did not detract from our overall excellent stay. The rooms were large and well appointed with excellent design and flow. The bed was extremely comfortable with posh linens and fluffy pillows. Loved the furnishings as well as the room aesthetic, including how the bathroom was laid out. There were ample electric outlets and the air conditioning was new and cold. The restaurant and the pool, not to mention the direct beachfront location on Station 3 were other highlights of this property. Service is topnotch -- the staff were friendly, diligent, and took care of us so very well.
We think that once the refurbishing of the ground floor is done, this hotel will exceed expectation. It was a minor inconvenience that we were asked to move from a 2nd floor room closer to the front to a 3rd floor room due to a water leak but the comfort of the rooms were not diminished at all. The 3rd floor room would be a bit of an effort if you have seniors with you but, as for us, we appreciate that they gave us a room right next to the elevator at the back. To access the hotel, though, one would to walk around 5 minutes from the main highway - it would be good if there was a tricyle service, especially for seniors or those with heavy luggage.

The issue I raised separately to their management.

Super friendly staff. The transfer to/from Cataclan was worth every peso, really nice outlook from the dining room/bar to the pool and the beach.
The shower wasn’t very hot ( the missus said it was great the half hour she was in there before me )

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was fantastic just a few feet from the beach and water.
The staff were great Nd went out of there way to help.
Transfer service to and from airport was fantastic and saved so much time and hassle.
Designated smoking area was inadequate.

Property is musty, filthy and insect-infested. My son was literally eaten by mosquito. Bugs flying around the room.
Totally different from the photos

Rat inside the room. Was hoping to be transferred soonest but they just had housekeeping and security catch it - which they did. We were only transferred the night after.

the staff are amazing, they always smile and willing to help you anytime. the property is also free buffet breakfast, beach front and have pool so that’s great for the price.
the room is not sound proof, every night there’s insect (looks like flying termites) inside the room and the drainage or worse toilet bowl smells in our room from time to time in the king room we booked, the room of my male friend is fine but have paint smell which is better than drainage smell

Almost a month ago, my husband and I had the opportunity to spend a nice time at the White Sand Mandarin Hotel in Boracay. The hotel is right beside Station 3 beach which was the perfect setting/location for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we really really enjoyed our time in there!
Extra kudos to their staff, especially to the Front Desk Staff and Manager. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

The room was nice and clean. They refill everything everyday.
Breakfast buffet, the food choices. The first breakfast was nice. But the rest was either too salty, like the pancit type I forgot the name of the dish. The potato wedges were hard to eat. The sweet and sour pork is not that tender. Was expecting that the pork is like a fried pork with breading. But aside from the food. Overall stay is great. And their Pizza is great!

It is very rare that I am make bad comments but here I have to. The rooms are smelling so bad. I changed on time the room but it was not better. It seems the air conditioning is not working properly and the humidity in the rooms are horrible. As far I understood the property was closed for a long time and now everywhere it smell like “fungus”
The breakfast is nothing- we went outside for a coffee because it was so basic and nothing beside water lemon for vegetarians. I ask for an espresso but the machine was not working in the morning. The stuff is very friendly.
After traveling for more than a year one of the biggest disappointment in terms of a Hotel.
After stayed 5 days all my clothes are smelling and feel wet. Need to wash is after.
Me and my friend were thinking it is even unhealthy to stay in such stinky humid rooms

I really appreciate that the staff surprised my brother and then my mom with a birthday greetings on both their birthdays. for my brother, they have surprised him with a cake and decor in his room and my mom they surprised her with a cake and singing for her while we had our breakfast. they paid attention on the birthdays written on their IDs. they are all very friendly and helpful.

It's a midsize hotel which still gives you the feeling of a smaller boutique hotel through the design choices they made. Only few rooms actually face the beach and have a terrace and view. The view from the terrace of the Seaview Suite is very nice, the terrace very spacious (about 40sqm). Staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The atmosphere and view from the breakfast serving restaurant towards the pool and beach is very nice and the hotel features an elevator for convenience to reach the upper two levels.
Hotel policies, there are many and they are read out to you on check-in and it can dampen your excitement a bit. All rooms have large windows towards the corridors (the only source of natural light for most rooms) but you would have the curtains closed for privacy and they don't seal too well, so at night you have light falling in and need to make sure to protect your privacy. Room felt a bit worn, flooring boards had signs of water damage and bouncing when walking. Actual room size was about 20sqm vs the 38sqm advertised. No desk or table inside the room, no kettle and no minibar (but fridge to cool your own things). AC felt very aggressive and made both of us sick despite setting it to 26C. We should have tried to just use the dehumidifier function instead. The AC could not be switched off completely. There is no fan in the room. - Breakfast was buffet and more catered towards Asian but they did have egg, bread, jam and honey for Westerners, just no cold cuts. Location is close to Station 3, it's quite a distance to Station 2, D-Mall etc... - If you arrive with a lot of luggage, need to walk a few meters and carry it as the hotel is accessed from the beach only. Mattress, pillows and bedlinen were very comfortable and up to the price point. - There is a huge construction site just next to the hotel which was not too noisy at this phase but could become way nosier when more advanced.
