We had one night sleeping well with very comfortable & clean bed.

I have issue with immigration, but finally we found Paragon Noi Bai hotel. They did very quickly pickup and check-in

Friendly, helpful staff. A great spacious room with the convenience of being close to the airport. Also provided airport shuttle which took the stress out of very early check in time.

It's really good place to start journey in Viet Nam !

I and my family stayed here 3 times. Friendly staff, perfect services, good view in swimming pool. My kids they really like the pool.

Super convenient rooms + a pool with a view

Great location, easy hotel transfer that was exactly when we asked for (5:30am) and was included in room price, large room with very good triple glazing (you couldn't hear the planes at all) - and we loved the novelty of the pool with the runway view.

The airport transfer was a private car that we shared with another two guests. This wasn't a problem but was a bit of a squeeze with three people in the back + all the luggage. However, only 5 mins drive to the airport so not really an issue.

Wouldn't stay in that location again.

Close to airport is only redeeming feature. Only suitable for short transit/stay. Ha Noi is 1.5h away if you have time. .

Nothing in surrounding area other than couple of noodle shops, a spa, and convenience stores/pharmacy. The pool is not appealing in any way. No bar.

Conveniently located near the airport

Nice and close to the airport if you have an early flight with one way free shuttle. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The restaurant area was hot and stuffy, no air con in there.

Great value for money

We stayed just 1 night before flying back. We chose the hotel due to it being close to the airport. The hotel itself is very nice, the pool on the roof is lovely. The rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The hotel has a small restaurant which is nice. The food was good.

Staff very helpful. If you are from the UK think of a mini Travel Lodge or 2 star level and you won’t be disappointed

Would thoroughly recommend if you want an airport hotel

So close to the airport, extremely prompt courtesy car, amazing room. Restaurant basic but quite adequate and everything thing was so clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Limited alcohol on sale, a bottle of beer or a local white wine.

The airport service is perfect. Very good for early flights or late arrivals if you want to avoid long rides to or from airport. Good breakfast.

Everything was excellent except it was a bit far from the city centre, but would stay there again.

The staff, room, and all facilities were excellent. The staff members that were really wonderful were Ms Yen and Ms Ly. They were so friendly and helpful all the time. I will most definitely be staying there if i need to be close to the airport.

This hotel is excellent for an overnight stay should you wish to be close to the airport. Travelling into and out of the city centre takes about an hour and can be about VND350K which adds a lot of time onto your day. Staying 3 days and travelling to the city centre every day was a little bit of a pain.

Recommend stay near the aiport

Great, clean, spacious hotel near the airport. Enjoyed watching the he planes land and take off from the rooftop and it was absolutely quiet in the room. Can confirm we did not hear a thing all night. Easy pick up and drop off to the airport.

Very clean room, and quiet although just next to the airport. Smooth airport pick up.

Communication prior arrival was top notch, and airport pick up within a few minutes after arriving in the middle of the night was very well organized. The drive to the hotel took a few minutes only. Check in was fast, smooth and friendly, and after spending a few weeks in India a spotless room, without any noise was pure bliss. They booked a taxi into town upon check out. I couldn't be more happy to start my Vietnam trip like this.

Great value for money and so near the airport.

The location is excellently positioned for the airport. We could see the runway from our room. The rooms were a lot better than I was expecting. Clean and comfortable.

Our room smelled of tobacco smoke and the food in the restaurant is on the pricy side. But you can put all that aside for the location and complementary taxi to the airport.

Would have expected the room to be a bit nicer for a $70 room in Vietnam. But it was still nice to be close to the airpo

Convenient location, close to airport. Only a 5-10 min ride to the domestic terminal. But not much around the facility to eat. The airport pickup service was much appreciated and easy to organize.

The bed & pillows were the least comfortable I’ve experienced on my two weeks in Vietnam. We also heard strange noises in middle of the night that sounded like rodents scurrying on the ground or in the walls. No mouse stool was seen though. Not sure what it really was but we heard the noise several times.

Need to ask the hotel to pickup from the airport - they were happy to do this though. Taxis wouldn’t go there and the roads aren’t walkable.

Un hotel excelent pentru tranzit

Pentru nevoia noastra de a ramane o noapte langa aeroport(aveam zbor a doua zi foarte de dimineata) a foat alegerea ideala. La 5 minute de aeroport,personal foarte amabil,transport inclus in pret(doar o cursa). Am trimis sms si in 10 min a fost cineva sa ne ia de la aeroport.

空港から徒歩で10分程度でホテルに着く。ホテルから空港まで送迎してもらえたのが良かった。

徒歩で空港まで行けるが、高速道路の脇を通るため、結構怖い。夜間は街燈も少ないで危険。また、路面が凸凹のため、スーツケースでの移動は大変だと思う。

Ok for a stay between flights near Hanoi airport.

Hotellet erbjöd en helt okej standard för en övernattning innan flygning. Standarden är normal och det var rent och snyggt. Inget extra dock. Närheten till flygplatsen var bra för att enkelt kunna ta sig till och från.

Exactly as advertised, a simple, clean place, close to the airport.

The location was excellent and I really appreciated the free ride from the airport. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have liked a little more coffee at breakfast, but I ended up with my fill while in Vietnam.

The mattress was not great but I still had a great sleep. The restaurant provides very basic food but it saved me from leaving the hotel which was welcomed at the end of my trip.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay by the airport. We arrived in the evening after a long bus ride and the nice man at reception was very helpful and quick checking us in. He even upgraded our room to a suite with balcony. The room was huge and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool which we enjoyed to cool down in and it was fun watching the planes from there. Highly recommend if needing accommodation close to airport. Free shuttle as well.

For the price I was satisfied with the hotel.

The Hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and included the free shuttle to the airport was included. My suite was very spacious and clean and it was affordable.

The neighborhood wasn’t great but again it was just for one night, and I really wanted to get to the airport fast next day.
