Great location to gun wharf Quay. Nice communal area and expansive and well equipped kitchen. Smart key to unlock all doors was welcome.
Took a little while to find car park area. Perhaps a little map with joing instructions might help. Also getting used to code entry for the three doors. Shower was good but temperature control was temperamental.

I spent one night at College Street Adobe. I found the place to be very clean and smelled nice. Also, there was a nice touch in the kitchen, in which they provided coffee, milk, tea, and chocolate bars. My stay was ended by a problem, which the owner helped me to resolve. I greatly appreciated that! This hostel is worth the price, I highly recommend it.

College Street Abode is a great place to stay, location is excellent, rooms well set up and the kitchen facilities are great and large, also large dinning and lounge room for guests to use. Bonuses include tea, coffee and fresh milk and even a treats jar. Also pleased to have a parking area for our vehicle. Bathroom facilities are shared and are kept cleaned everyday by the cleaners. We would be very happy to book again when we return to Portsmouth.
Everything was great.

Location was great, 5 mins from Gunwharf very secure and all the facilities we needed
The constant noise of the shop door below when being opened sets off a beeper .. very annoying if staying in that particular room

location was superb for sight seeing
no en suite but we knew that when we booked

Very secure and easy to access without help, you get codes for everything and it was a perfect location. People were nice and it was clean, also liked that there were usb ports. I had read reviews about not bring able to find the parking but I always do a little check on Google and look at the street and found it with no problems.
There were some dodgy people just hanging around drinking outside the shop below but when I came back they were gone.
The room could easily fit an ensuit bathroom there was lots of unused cupboard space.

I felt very comfortable in my room and in the house. So i could enjoy the second part of my stay in Portsmouth to my full satisfaction. The provided equipment in the room, the kitchen, the clean bathrooms, the friendly team helped a lot to this conclusion. It is a nice welcome to be able to make a cup of tea as a start.
The guests seem to be more and quite considerate, compared to other places.
Thankyou again and will surely keep this place in my mind for further journeys.
The use of the shower is a bit tricky to maintain the right temperature, but you get used to it.

The location was hard to find even with a sat Nav, owner was very helpful whilst we tried to find the property, When we are told the flats were on top of the premier shop and entrance next to shop it was easy to find. Bedroom was roomy and shared living area bigger and more comfortable then expected, cleanliness was great and there was a massive shared kitchen which was a lot bigger then expected milk, tea, coffee, sugar and chocolate bars provided for free, and space for three cars at rear of property. Could not pick location better for a local pub and HMS warrior which was a 5 minute walk from property. One joint bathroom and one shower room with toilets provided and washing machine plus dryer provided for use. We were pleasantly surprised with this property and we would consider returning at a later date. Bedrooms had two small towels/two bath towels, desk, lamp and wardrobe and double beds.

This was advertised as a 'Deluxe' room. Far from it! The room, in my opinion, was miss sold! There is no space in the room. I could only just get down one side of the bed, which felt old and was uncomfortable. Cupboard Furniture in room old and tatty. The owner was curtious and helpful. Good Technology for door system but the room decor was bad.
The rest of the flat was OK. I'm extremely disappointed. Will not recommend it. Booking.com should take it off your list until it gets a huge makeover !!!

I appreciated help from Apple..she does fantastic job of spottsless cleaning..good staff answers promptly
Uncertainty of other guests..it's like hostel..share with both sexes using the facilities..not comfortable
The 3 key locks. Issue of one on your own room..lock out if closed the door to use the toilet

The price is high for no private bathroom.

Location was really good. Place to park the car. Accommodation was very clean

I only wish I had stayed longer in Portsmouth. The property is a pleasant mix of hotel
and hostel with the best of both.
I can’t complain! Just be aware that the property
is close to Harbor Station not the International Harbor… if you’re coming from Saint Malo.

Some of the furniture was quite worn down.

Super location, very close to Portsmouth Harbour station and the Spinnaker Tower.
Bed was comfortable.
Parking was available and secure. Communication was very swift.
The room was a bit dated. And you had to take your towel to the shared bathroom as there wasn't one in there.

Very convenient location. Lots of amenities. Plenty of bonuses such as chocolates, tea, coffee.
Some of the bedroom doors didn't lock firmly. The radiator made a noise when shutting down and starting up.

the house is so spacious and great environment including the kitchen and the amenities.

Accomodations were very clean and very well maintained. Very spacious room and facilites. Other residents very friendly and helpful. Overall facilities very good. Excellent location for local sightseeing and amenities.
The room was extremely cold on arrival as the room radiator control was turned down to 0. Room door access swipe key did not work initially as the door mechanism required recharge. TV access limited to online - no basic standard free-to-air channels available (e,g, Freeview).
4.0
Free car park space in a garage, easy access into the apartment with codes and key fobs, really close to the historic dockyard where the Mary Rose is housed.
The kitchen was very well supplied with all utensils, pots, pans, plates and washing up facilities. There was a gas hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, and a vacuum cleaner. A pretty decent size tally, possibly 65 in with a skybox, Very comfy. Lazy boy chairs in a lounge. Plenty of places to sit. There was also a bookcase full of games, board games so families with children or friends alike can sit there and play if it's checking it down outside if you don't want to watch TV. A convenience store directly below you so if you went out of supplies, it's a short walk to the shop.
The only 3 things that we found a dislike was the bed was a bit lumpy and there was only one pillow each to sleep on but thankfully the owner managed to get us a spare pillow. And lastly, the regulation temperature of the shower was very temperamental. One minute was freezing cold. Next thing it was boiling hot and had to be turned off, and then shower lukewarm then cold then hot again.
I suppose this is possibly due to other people flushing the toilet running the taps in the sink that kind of thing
