Echt gut! Lage und Ausstattung sowie Kommunikation mit Herrn Wessels waren super! Gerne wieder :)

Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung waren super! Auch war die Kommunikation mit Herrn Wessels echt gut. Er hat uns per SMS vorbereitet und auch angeboten, dass wir jederzeit fragen können, wenn wir ein Anliegen haben.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. :)

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Kassel

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz unkompliziert mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Direkt vor der Tür Restaurants, Cafés zum Frühstücken. Die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Wir buchen wieder, als Familie hat es uns sehr gefallen, vielen Dank dafür.

Das Bettgestell könnte erneuert werden, da das Bett schon mal gebrochen war und repariert wurde, aber wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Wir sind begeistert, hat alles gepasst!

Wunderschöne, helle, große Unterkunft. Sie ist klasse ausgestattet, liegt 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof, also sehr zentral und hat alle Läden, bzw. Einrichtungen die man braucht direkt nebenan (also gleiche Straße). Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl die hoch gelegene Wohnung mit schönem und weitem Ausblick, direkt an der Straße liegt.

Sehr gemütlich, gute Lage, komme wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral jedoch ruhig in 3. Stock. Voll ausgestattete Küche und selbst Seife und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche war da.

Perfect Location, Clean Spacious apartment

Property was very spacious over two floors. Kitchen fitted with all appliances and cooking equipment clean. Location was amazing and just 15 minutes from the park and Hercules monument and Lowenbrow Castle. Parking was easy and close. Two literature books in apartment about Kassel made interesting reading. Many supermarkets nearby and an excellent Argentinian steak restaurant next door. Washing machine is set in basement, take lift down to "K" (basement) unlock door follow corridor around to the right. Host (Toni) extremely helpful and communicative. :)

Amazing location, city Tram is just in front of the building. Nice bakery and restaurant across the street.

Bedroom on the second floor, with nice view .

Washing machine was mentioned but appeared in the basement, still okay but quite unexpected.

Exceptional

The location is very close to the train station. The apartment was truly amazing and well equipped. We didn't meet the hosts in person and but the communication was great and there have been no troubles picking our keys.

Nice place - lacked bedding for third bed.

The unit was very nice and clean. The only complaint is listed below. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the facility.

The only reason we didn’t give excellent scores Is that we had indicated in advance that there would be three people, and there were only pillows and blankets for two. We arrived on Sunday, and the hosts were out of town, and their business office was closed when we tried to find someone to resolve this. The office was not open at 9:30 am on Monday or Tuesday, (even though the hours listed on the door said it opened at 9 am) and it wasn’t open in the evenings when we returned. We never saw or spoke to anyone connected to this rental facility during our stay.

Would stay there anytime again. Great hosts!

The location was perfect. We just had to cross the street to get freshly-baked bread. The nearest grocery store was a 5 min walk away. There was also a restaurant with a very friendly owner and staff downstairs plus many great restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was a little bit small - coming from the US and being used to a king-size bed.
