I stayed with my whole family and the house had room for everyone. The game room was an asset for entertainment. Banner Elk is a quaint nice town and the views were astonishing. Would go back again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Signature Ridge lodge. The house was everything as advertised and up on a ridge with a nice view through the trees behind the house. Highly recommend the drive in, in October, trees were beautiful.
Management was helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We had a little hiccup with the door lock but property management responded quickly, after that we enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for everyone, furniture was comfortable and the deck space was nice. It was quiet without being too far out. Enjoyed the fire pit time. If I could change one thing would be steps from the deck on the back of the house, but that's just a personal preference. We would stay again.

So blessed to be able to stay in this beautiful cabin on Signature Ridge. The view from the he cabin was wonderful. The cabin layout with bedrooms on three different floors was great for the different families and siblings. The bedroom with two kids bed and parents bed was perfect for our 3 and 7 year old granddaughters. Kitchen, dining room, fire place, play room and outdoor fire pit were all enjoyed. Then we also only had a drive one mile to our daughter’s wedding. Please thank the owners for offering this great place for us to stay. Everyone loved it and wish we were still there!

Great Property for large groups
Our group had 9 adults and 6 children under the age of 7. It was a great property for all of us. There is plenty of room for pack and play sleeping for babies and ample living area for everyone to enjoy. We definitely plan to book future stays for our group

Perfect get away for a large group
Pictures of cabin perfectly represented the cabin. Large enough space for all of us(12 people and two dogs) and far away from other cabins as to not worry about being loud or rude. Had everything we needed for the weekend and more. Everyone was very impressed with how the cabin looked. Would definitely come back, I highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay however the ground floor and top floor hot water was luke warm at best. We even tried dividing shower times up to help and it did not. Hot water heater may need attention or have more than one for such a large house. The house was perfect size for 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 11-16)

It was amazing. We were looking for someplace in the mountain yet close enough to things for everyone to do. Great hiking, boating, rafting and shopping. The house was large and perfect for all 14 of us. Definitely would stay again.

Gorgeous property and close to everything
Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family for our spring break trip to trout fish and visit App State. It felt like being at home but set on a mountain! Property manager was quick to respond when contacted - we will definitely stay here again!

Great location and accommodations
The place was clean and well stocked. Our two families of 8 total plus 1 dog, cooked all breakfasts and dinners, while we opted to have lunch somewhere in town. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils, but they could use some updating. Most non stick coated pans and pots were scratched or peeling and the plastic spatula was somewhat melted. Plenty of silverware, plates, cups and glasses. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and fridge were put to use daily and we were grateful for working and clean appliances.
We used the gas fireplace too and it created the warmth and ambiance we were looking for. We hiked around the property daily and even made a fire and s’mores outside for the kids one night. Plenty of dry fallen tree limbs in the woods to burn, we didn’t have to buy fire wood. Made for a fun task for the kids.
If you have kids with you, I recommend a short hike down toward the main entrance of the street and let them play in the creek. Throwing rocks was a lot of fun for our 2 y.o. Our old dog loved it too. The tire swing on the big tree was also a bit with the older kids.
The neighborhood is quiet, the place is inviting and there’s plenty to do in town or in the mountains. We followed some of the recommendations from the host, found in the black folder in the kitchen.
The house has a neutral feel and design and we appreciated that. Craftsmanship of the many wooden furniture was perhaps a bit rushed, as we found several beds with trim coming loose and brad nails becoming exposed. We had to watch our little one a bit more carefully, but that’s really my only complaint.
The check in process and instructions were complete and easy to understand.
Kudos to the homeowners and management company for taking the guesswork out of it. We’ll definitely visit again.

Great house for Sugar/Beech getaway
Amazing house that comfortably accommodates 3 families. About 30 minute drive to mountain, depending on weather. If traveling in the winter, make sure you have 4WD or AWD vehicle.
