New construction luxury beach condo with amenities located above the new Hyatt Place Hotel in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in this luxurious three bedroom two and a half bath condo with extra high ceilings.
Residences Lighthouse Cove Penthouse Unit 463- This condominium is perfect for your beach vacation and year-round relaxation. The kitchen features 21st Century amenities, including stainless steel appliances, upgraded counter tops, and an extra-large sink with pull-down sprayer faucet. The luxurious master bedroom includes an oversized private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The master bedroom also has its own door to the oversized balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own luxury bathroom. The third bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with twin on top and with twin sized trundle bed. The living room also features a pull-out queen sofa bed for additional sleeping needs. Large screen TVs in every room. Eat your meals on the private spacious balcony overlooking the bay and its magnificent vista. You also have access to the expansive Plaza Courtyard, a private common space exclusive to condominium guests at The Residences. Overlooking the terrace is an outdoor heated pool which is exclusive to guests at The Residences. From the Plaza you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit and BBQ grill area, or just relax and enjoy Dewey Beach and the stunning mid-Atlantic coastline from high above beach crowds. We stayed at George’s condo for three nights for a girls’ getaway to celebrate all of our milestone birthdays. The place is beautiful and spotless and exactly as pictured—even nicer. The location is ideal. Walkable to everything. We never moved the car. The balcony is so nice with room for all six of us to hang out for coffee in the morning, cocktails the afternoon, and sunset in the evening. All the beds were comfortable. The pool area is lovely. We walked to the beach and dinner/drinks and took the jolly trolley or Uber to/from Rehoboth. George was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. His directions were super clear making check in and check out simple. It was all so easy and convenient and we would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the bay! The location was perfect to everything we wanted to access and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The balcony gave us a place to relax morning, noon and night, and we didn’t mind the noise from nearby bars. The unit was spacious and clean- we would definitely stay here again.

This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our family vacation so much! Everything was close the pool was beautiful and the sunsets even better. The property manager was very responsive but once we checked in we didn’t need anything.

Great, modern condo with a super great location! Loved spending time on the large balcony that overlooked the bay (great sunsets)! We had front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks, which was an added bonus! Also really awesome that we had access to the outdoor heated pool, gas grills and fitness center. Only drawback was how loud and late the music ran at the nearby bars. We are already talking about coming back again!

Beautiful view of the bay and close access to the beach. Enjoyed the condo very much. Visit could have been easier if sheets for beds were included. When people fly into Philly, others in the family must supply the needs.

Location was fantastic! Communication leading up to check is was great, very easy process. Beautiful sunsets, bayside views, and a great beach. We had a wonderful time - the condo was clean, comfortable and in a great spot to walk to all local spots. Lots of amenities on and around the property. A bit noisy at night with bar music from nearby venues- which we enjoyed- sat on balcony and listened while relaxing. Definitely will return

This was an amazing condo that fulfilled our annual family vacation. The pool and private beach were a huge plus (condo tenants only) and were steps away. It avoided a crowds from the public beach across the street. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable winding down from long days on the beach/pool. Best of all: the sunsets were the best we’ve ever seen. Thank you George!

This property was absolutely perfect- from the communication with host, to the check in process, to the view, to the beds, to the beautiful kitchen. The only thing that could even possibly be improved is the hardware for hanging towels (with 6 girls we needed for towel hanging space.) Would highly recommend this property!

This condo was just as pictured! My husband and I took our infant son to the beach for the first time, and this condo was perfect since we spent a lot of time there while he napped and went to bed early at night. With the large balcony overlooking the beach and terrace, there was a lot to view and we felt in the action even though we were not (3 weddings happened while we were there, the Lighthouse bar was in view and had live music, many boats came up to the beach during the day to hang out). The views were perfect and we enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony in the morning and evening. The location was also perfect, as it was a quick walk across the street to the beach. We will look to stay here again in the future!

Gorgeous sunset views
This is a beautiful condo facing the bay with a small beach area. Swimming is allowed and preferred in front of the lifeguard where they have a cleaned area cordoned off from the many boats which congregate in the cove starting at noon. You can order alcoholic drinks to go from the nearby bar and take it to the beach. The ocean is also a short walk if you want waves. You can walk to many nearby restaurants. Parking for two cars is nice. There is a keurig coffee machine. Only negative was some noise at night from a band at the bar that plays until 2AM but with the doors closed it was very muffled and didn’t interfere with sleep. Outside pool area is beautiful with some shade. Inside salt water pool nice for kids with basketball net. Overall a wonderful stay.

My family and I were thankful to stay at such a delightful condo. From the robot vacuum we were able to use to access to all amenities to the comfortable beds to all kitchen wares, washer/dryer, the games. Great way to enjoy the bay and the beach.

Girls Weekend!
We rented this property for a low key bachelorette party and it was perfect! Beautiful views and short walk the to beach. The pool is fantastic. Owner is very responsive and answered all questions! Would definitely rent again!
