About this house rental
The house is almost complete in its makeover, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. A downstairs bathroom with a fantastic bath and rain head shower. Kitchen designed and built by our own local craftsman, with a single drawer dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The upstairs master bedroom with powder room attached has unobstructed and amazing views over tree covered valleys to the Tasman Sea. The smaller two rooms upstairs presently have 1 x queen size bed each with a single bed and roll out single bed in an open area that can be utilized as an extra sleeping space, a chill-out space for teenagers and device time or perhaps a yoga spot. Downstairs, along with the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a great dining room looking out to the Karekare Valley and Tasman Sea, is also another double bedroom containing 1 x queen size bed: again, having amazing sea and bush views. Lounge and dining room both open out through bi-folding doors onto the main sea and bush view deck, creating a large entertaining / get together space. Lounge has a fireplace (hopefully not needed in summer) with views to bush and sea from one side, and the main parking area and gardens from the other. The front lawn brings to mind outdoor games such as boules (without the shells or sand in this case), lazing around with a glass of wine or juice and has a lovely old apple tree which is a perfect place to throw a rug down and lay in the shade. We look forward to sharing a special slice of our paradise with you.

Absolutely lovely
The house overlooks the Waitakere forest and the ocean in the distance. The view is spectacular.
Secluded and private. The owner is nearby but out of sight and sound and they respected privacy. The house is modern and comfortable with a wonderful wood fire.
Short drive to Piha.
Loved staying here.

Amazing stay
We have had honestly such an amazing time staying in the house. Both Amber and Helena were amazing hosts, easy to communicate and very friendly. The house is very clean and out with beautiful sea views. I would highly recommend to anyone.
It is absolutely stunning
