Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

Love this beautiful A-frame. We absolutely recommend it. The hosts are very communicative, easy to reach. Walking distance to Scarborough beach. Quiet dead end street. Easy access to so many other beaches. Second floor is great for kids or teens who need their space! Veru clean.

This is our 4th year staying at the Cozy-A-Frame by the Sea and it is still perfect for us. Great location to the beach and to our favorite local restaurants. The house is still perfect for my small family, my daughter loves having the upstairs to herself. Rhonda is always great to work with, super communicative during our stay. Can't wait for next year!

Perfect little house within walking distance to Scarborough. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was included in this rental! We especially enjoyed the yard games and time spent on the screened in porch in the evenings. We have stayed in RI several weeks each summer for the past 10 years now and my 12 yo liked Rhonda’s place the best! He actually wrote in her travel log he enjoyed it so much! We will be back for sure!

This is my second time staying at this cozy beach cottage! If I could move in I would! Rhonda is great and will provide you all the details needed. Everything is there for your use so make yourself right at home. I did! Lol walks to the beach are lovely in the early morning and everything is serene and quiet! The A frame architecture is a joy in itself and kids love the upstairs! You will enjoy your time and close to everything Narragansett has to over! Highly recommend! I will return next year! Beautiful, modern cottage with great beach vibe, situated on a quiet side street. Meticulously clean and very comfortable. Rhonda was an outstanding host and she was quick to reply to our questions. We loved our stay there and definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay in the A-frame! The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved all of the details in design and decor selection - plus the house was super clean and cozy! The upstairs loft area is great for kids and our daughter loved having her own space to relax. The beach was just down the road and we could rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day in the sand. Rhonda is an amazing host! We will be back!

Having recently moved back to my home state of RI was looking to have a few relaxing days at the beach and spend time with family. The Cozy A Frame Cottage is just that! Cozy, cute, convenient to beaches and all the Narragansett area has to offer. Walks to the beach, lunch at Matunuck Oyster House rooftop, shopping in Newport, relaxing in the sun and Sunday brunch at T’s! Ask for the GM Steve for great service! This unique A Frame has sooo much charm you feel right at home with all the appointments and then some! Rhonda has provided absolutely everything to make your stay enjoyable and uncomplicated! If you’re looking for a quiet beach vibe and relaxation you must visit the Cozy A Frame Cottage by the Sea! Thank you Rhonda for the attention to detail which makes all the difference! We had stayed at the property before and our daughter hadn’t stopped talking about it, so we decided to return for Mothers Day. We weren’t sure if it would be too early for the beach, but it was a perfect weekend and we spent lots of time in the water. The house is really accessible to Scarborough beach and near several others. Many options for local places to eat and fun adventures for kids. We definitely want to come back.

Our second stay and hope for many more. We love how clean, and cozy the A frame is. The pictures do not do it justice. Dead end road, short walk to the beach, and just a short drive to any stores needed. Rhonda is fantastic! Great communication and ideas each stay. Hope to see you next year ❤️

Plenty of room for my husband and me. We didn’t use the kitchen for more than coffee and tea but it looked well furnished. The living area furniture was comfortable. The heater warmed the bedroom very well but it was a bit drafty in the living area. I was thankful for the throw blanket!

This peaceful cottage was something right out of a meditation retreat app/magazine, or something. Beautifully decorated with calming colors, very clean with all the necessary amenities. The importance and attention to the needs of guests was evident with clear instructions and having the basic needs on hand in case you accidentally forget to pick up something like toothpaste or salt and pepper for the first morning's breakfast omlette. Walking distance from the beach, even on the snowy, cold winter day, the beach was very inviting and a highlight of our stay. Although small in frame, this delightful cottage yielded plenty of space for time together and quiet corners for solitude. I definitely plan to return!! Rhonda was a wonderful host and very responsive to the few questions I had during my stay. Happy New Year, Rhonda & family. Hope to return soon :)

The Cozy A-frame by the Sea was immaculately clean and offered all the perks and amenities of a luxury hotel, but with all the comforts and privacy of home. It was evident that every detail in the home was carefully and lovingly thought out to create a perfect vacation experience for the guests.
