Fantastic place and location.

Several dishes in cabnet were dirty. Didnt have a coffee pot . Did have a keurig and french press but a french press is to messy. There was no acsess to laundry and there was a dirty sock left in drawer in downstairs bathroom. Most if these are minor and could be easily fixed. The location is perfect.

This cute house was perfect for our stay in Leadville. One block off the main street - easy walking to restaurants and shops in groovy Leadville. 3 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably in this super clean cozy home. Communication was excellent with the property management. The only suggestion i'd have is to provide coffee and tea- there are coffee and tea makers but had to got to Safeway down the road to get the coffee and tea.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very clean and probably had the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have visited. When I had trouble connecting to the wifi, the owners responded very quickly and resolved my issue. Highly recommend!

Rocky Mountain Highs!
Our family had a great stay at this property. Highlights were having a room for each of the kids (ok 1 slept on the couch), plenty of parking in the back, and close proximity to the main street, shops, coffee, etc. The home was well equipped and there really wasn't anything we felt we were missing.
We felt like it was a great value for the size and proximity to town. Granted we stayed during the week and it wasn't a race weekend but the overall rooms and amenities were way more than we could have gotten at a similar hotel.
The staff worked with us and communicated quickly as we rented it at the last minute and initially were unable to select our arrival date. The rental went off without a hitch and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Father / Daughter Trip
This was perfect for a week long father/daughter trip. Very easy check in and host checked in via email several times to ensure everything was okay. Located 1/2 block from Main Street and City on a Hill (coffee/breakfast/lunch). Easy drive to Frisco, Breckenridge etc. Close to lots of great day hikes. Would definitely stay here again!

History and Hiking in Leadville, Colorado
This is a nicely renovated older home about one block from the main street. It is close to historical sites from the old mining days of the town. I hiked up Mount Elbert one days and headed out for Mount Lincoln two days later. It was pretty quiet. The home comes well-equipped with everything.
