Very clean. Great price. Exactly what the four of us needed for a base. Easy walk downtown. 5-stars. Only con I’d say is how property manager communicates. They communicate through email, not VRBO, so I missed several messages, not knowing who the sender was.

The property is clean, new and great location. Modern appliances, plumbing and heating/cooling work really well, which is a very nice compared to most of the other “historic” homes in Leadville.

Clean and functional. Very good communication. Very close to Cooper which we try to ski as a family event each year. Would be great if there were some nightstands/shelving and lamps in the bedrooms. Other than that wouldn’t change a thing.

We stayed two nights to experience Leadville and get in some nice hikes. The home is clean, well appointed and stocked with kitchen essentials and more.
We were a group of five adults including, a mom/dad/son, grandfather, and sister. It served us well.
Also, if you like to walk, it is an easy walk to historic downtown Leadville.

This is a newer property that still looks new and polished . (But it also looks like the builder and owner missed finishing the punch list). This didn’t bother our stay, but we would have liked window coverings on the east primary BR window and in the window in the shower. The furniture fits the needs of vacationers well, and we appreciated the family games on hand. The kitchen was well stocked with the needs for cooking. The consumables inventory (TP, soap, etc) was skimpy. Renters need to know that there is an apartment above the garage so you may see other people on the property. With the added fees on top of the daily rate, we felt this vrbo was pricey. But we still made great memories with the family, which made our trip a success.

Very nice property! Incredible views of mountain and lake. Clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to town and able to jump on to Mineral Belt.

I was very satisfied with staying at this VRBO rental it had such amazing views looking out towards Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive from the front porch, living room and bedroom upstairs. The place was very clean and comfortable and all in all it was very cozy place to have a relaxing weekend with my wife and family. It is right next to town so coffee and breakfast is easily accessible before going out on an adventure.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. The layout was perfect for us. The house is furnished with beautiful and very comfortable furniture, although the master bed is a bit high for anyone who might have some mobility issues. Otherwise, it was great! The appliances and kitchen utensils were excellent as well! The house was relatively close to skiing, snowmobiling, and snowtubing. A couple of local dining recommendations I would make are High Mountain Pies for pizza and Treeline Cafe for an exceptional gourmet meal. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.
