We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was a great location for our visit to the national parks, only 15 minutes from the entrance of Sequoia NP. The beds were comfy and clean.

This property was great. It was in the little town of Three Rivers which was quaint and cute. If you have time check out the Three River Museum. It was only 20 minutes to get to the park entance, but to get to the main attractions 1 hour, A long and winding road but plenty of pull offs. The neighborhood was great, a horse ranch 3 houses down, we saw wild turkeys, rabbits, and quail. Coffee was privided, the house was very clean, and check in easy, beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed this property.
but plenty of pyll offs.

This was the perfect little spot for our Sequoia visit! Very clean, quiet, a few glimpses of wildlife…deer, rabbits, turkeys. And enough choices for dining in our 2 night stay!

Our cottage stay was delightful. We were just 6 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
After daily spending 9 to 10 hours at the park, it was so nice to come back to a comfy, peaceful cottage.

Cute little place, worked well for me, my husband, and two teens. Very clean and functional, easy to check in and out. Close to Sequoia National Park with easy access. We only spent one night, but it would have been great for a multi day stay as well. We saw a wild rabbit, quail, and turkeys from the cottage in the gravel parking area. My husband also saw a young bear while getting gas in the closest town (Three Rivers). Would stay again! No real cons, I just wish the checkout time was later (10am seems early for a 4pm check in) and that one of the bedrooms had two twins for our teens (less fighting that way) but overall a nice, super clean place.

We stayed there as a family with kids for one night and we loved it. It was clean, quiet and easy to find. There was a fully equipped kitchen (also stocked with some basics). There was also shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the shower. Note there's no washer (it was not expected - the listing is accurate).
Three Rivers is a convenient base for exploring Sequoia National Park (in fact, we regretted not staying there longer, throughout our Kings Canyon visit as well - for which we planned to stay around Miramonte).

We used this cottage as a jumping off place for Sequoia and Kings Canyon. It was perfect for our stay and included more than enough ammenities. The communication with the property manager was very efficient and promot both before and during the stay. Plenty of restaurants and markets within close drive. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean, cozy, well stocked place to lay our heads while adventuring. Very close to the park. Fun town with lots of places to get some food and drink. We especially enjoyed the deer, wild turkeys, and other birds we saw while sitting outside. Manager very responsive when an issue arose as well. Would stay here again.

Father Daughter getaway trip. So close to town, yet you feel like you're in the country. Our cabin was #D and it's perfectly located just off the road so it's quiet and quaint.
There was everything we needed stocked in the kitchen as we BBQd and ate in every evening after our explorations. Beds are super comfy and bathroom is well stocked.
Sitting at the outside table, you get to see Turkeys, deer and other animals right in the front yard.
Our host Kori was just fabulous! She checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We ran into her during our stay and had a really nice chat about town, etc.
You will not be disappointed staying here. I would absolutely return again if visiting Three Rivers.
Thanks for making this a special weekend for my Dad and me.

Our trip to Three Rivers exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean, comfortable well equipped with what we needed. Even a great EV charging station that made our trip limitless with no worries or driving restrictions. Loved the quaint, rural farm vibe of the neighborhood with many bird species and even wild turkeys wandering. Our host was amazing with communication and support. She even took the time to send us an item we mistakenly left behind. Five of Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Look forward to our next stay through Vrbo

Unfortunately the road to the park was closed during daylight hours hindering our Sequioa visit.
The cottage listed a hot tub/ whirlpool spa that was not present.

Comfortable place to relax and recharge after hiking in Sequoia. Loved the close proximity to the park. Much better than any stay in a hotel/motel. Very pleased. If I had to nitpick, there was a light left on in what i presume is a closet for cleaning supplies. Made it a little bright in the bedroom. But since it was only my wife and I, we just moved to the other bedroom.

We felt very at home in this clean and welcoming space. It is just as described and we had great communication with the host. Thank you so much! The only quirk is that the water smells like sulfur so bring your own water!! Still a great spot!

Property and location wonderful. Hosts Debra and Mike were great. Day after arrival we had no hot water. They came over immediately and by the next day there was a new hot water heater in place with plenty of hot water. Mike also gave us great suggestions on what was Some great places to explore in Sequoia/Kings canyon NP. Thanks so much for your input and help.

We booked this cottage so we could explore Sequoia National park and Kings Canyon. We knew before we booked that the Three River’s entrance to the park wasn’t open this summer- and although the drive to Big Stump entrance is lengthy (1.5 hours) it was worth it and this place was still a lovely place to stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The lay out is spacious (one large room with kitchen on one side and sofa on the other), bedrooms were equal size and beds comfy. Grill was great, and the host responsive to questions. As others have noted, you may want to bring bottled water for drinking/coffee/cooking as the water from the tap doesn’t taste great. The host provides a book inside with grocery store, restaurant and park tour recommendations- they were all helpful! We would stay again!

Perfect getaway and absolutely lovely property.A bit of a remote, quiet area, but so very peaceful, we couldn’t have asked for a better location.Cottage was impeccable, well stocked. Though the town is tiny and few stores were open, we found all we needed to enjoy our stay . The two restaurants recommended by Kori were wonderful.Sequoia mostly closed off due to flooding but there was plenty to fill, our two days there.Perfect Sequoia access from the home, just a short drive.Stay here you won’t regret it!

We all enjoyed the the quaint cottage. The space worked very well for two couples. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The cottage is located close to the entrance to Sequoia National Park, a grocery store and a good Mexican restaurant. It was also fun to watch the resident turkeys. Overall, it was a great stay.

We appreciated the host sharing their personal recommendations for hikes and attractions. We were disappointed we didn't know Sequoia National Park was closed, but due to the host's recommendations we managed to make the best of our stay.
We disliked the smell, taste and feel of the water while showering or brushing our teeth. It had a metalic smell and taste to it.

Clean modern look. Nice out side patio. Mature trees and a nice grass area to play games. There were wilde turkeys that came through every evening. The address in the area cause a little problem. When arriving the address on the right side of the street are way off from the left side. When you see the right side numbers you think you have farther to go but you are passing the driveway your going to.
