I would recommend to others...as long as they are not on the same side of the building as the hot tub. Since there is no AC you will need to keep your windows open at night (totally doable),but guests do no respect the 10pm quiet hours or hot tub closing time. Multiple nights I've kindly asked fellow vacationers to keep the noise down. I did notify management, and almost called the police. People had small children in the hot tub until midnight and then a group of adult men were doing cannonballs at 2am. I had to be persistent in following up with management team about how they were going to help mitigate this problem for the upcoming night. I was the one suggesting ways they could help control it (sending staff to round at 10pm, change the code for hot tub after 10pm, etc.) and never heard back from the Manager regarding the issues. There was also no service recovery, just statements about "hope you still enjoyed your stay".
We enjoyed the clean and sizable space with all the basics for daily life. Works great for a family who wants to cook at home and relax. The location is great as it's close to a coffee shop, some restaurants, and a grocery store. It's just under a mile walk to the park for kids to play and a short drive from WP Resort. If you don't enjoy sleeping through the night, love to disregard rules and be disrespectful of fellow vacationers, then you'll have no issues with your stay. I hope management can come up with a way to help enforce these rules so it honors their commitment to guests. Why post rules if they aren't to be followed? This was our second time staying at this property. It was also very loud after hours last year but we chalked it up to being a holiday, now we know differently.

The condo was perfect for my annual guys trip. Mountain bike storage, hot tub and proximity to the bars and restaurants were a few of the highlights. The condo itself is phenomenal.. If I could give 6 stars I would. Will be back next year.

Our stay was great. We came in the summer and enjoyed the access to winter park resort, hiking trails, Grand lake, and Rocky Mountain National park. The condo was clean, easily accessible, pet friendly, and had the perfect space for our family of 4.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in the unit and loved it! It was very spacious, well-appointed, and clean! It is so close to the resort and close to all of the other things the town has to offer. Having never been to Winter Park, we weren't sure what to expect. We were absolutely delighted with our choice of lodging! We will definitely be back!

I'll admit that I'm not the best at planning trips, so when it fell to me to pull this one together at the last minute, I was stressing. We had never visited Winter Park, but I have to say that it was the perfect unpretentious mountain getaway for our family. Not only is it easy to get to from Denver, but the town itself is easy to get around. The property we stayed in was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, attractive, and very well appointed. The building itself was so perfectly located that we could walk to anything we needed. Do NOT sleep on the Xplorie offers! I almost dismissed them as a gimmick, but they were frankly awesome, and we took advantage of them every day. In short, this was a great trip and we hope to return very soon.

We loved this condo. It is probably the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in during our trips to Colorado. It is so beautiful, and is absolutely spotless. We loved all the small luxuries-like the radiant floor heater, the gas grill, and even having Alexa. In some condos, we have trouble figuring out how to use the smart TV, but this condo had a user friendly remote and it was super easy. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully finished, and so clean. Everything looks brand new. We loved the hot tub, and it was never overly crowded. We were here over President’s Day, which is typically very busy, but this building remained quiet, clean, and very nice. We were here for a ski trip with our 3 kids. The bunk beds were comfortable as well. We did end up driving to the base bc the bus route wasn’t super convenient and confusing, but we found the Village Garage and that was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family of grown up children loved the place. A modern new condo offers a comfortable stay just a short ride from the slopes by a shuttle or a car. Clean, spacious kitchen for family cooking with a grocery store across the street. We loved everything, except for the digital locks with long codes that malfunctioned and the hot tub with lukewarm temperatures.

The property/unit was as advertised and perfect for our weekend trip with the location being centrally located for where we needed to be. The only negative feedback is that the bedroom windows did not seal shut properly. There is a very loud train that comes by nightly in the middle of the night. We had really bad sleep disturbance our entire visit of 3 consecutive nights in a row with the noise of the loud freight train as well as very noisy people in the jacuzzi directly below our unit partying into very late hours. If the windows were repaired to shut properly, we would have possibly been able to at least drown out more of the noise. Also, it would be helpful to explain the keypad device for entering the building/unit prior to arriving. We noticed several people (as well as us) struggling upon arrival not realizing it was touch screen as it appears to be solid black and looks as though it would require some sort of key fob.

Nice Condo
My family and I used VRBO for the first time as many of our friends had recommended. It was as described, seamless and accurate. The condo was just as shown on the pictures. There was one thing that could’ve made the experience even better. They gave us 3 different six number codes, one for the garage, one for the building and one for the condo.. After one week, I still needed my phone to look at the codes for me to open the different doors. It would be great if one master code would open all three entrances, this code could be assigned per unit and changed for different guests prior to their arrival. Thanks for a great stay and we will be using VRBO again in the future.

Great Accomodations, Perks & Location
Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski weekend at Winterpark. The condo was absolutely lovely equipped with everything we needed. Our girls loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. We walked to dinner, the market and the coffee shop. We had our dog with us and there was a great walking path with plenty of dog walk stations. Short drive to the slopes and a nearby shuttle stop. Loved the xPlorie discounts. Took advantage of them with our favorite being the Fraser Tubing Hill. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is it is a condo so you have to be prepared for noises above you. Mostly footsteps.

Great condo
This condo was the perfect size and well equipped for our family visit. The only issue was the community hot tub was freezing the first time we tried to used it. The second time we tried it looked like other guests had used it and did not pick up after themselves so we skipped it.

Heated Underground Garage a Plus
We stayed in this unit because the elevator to the 3rd floor was out in the unit we had booked (Trailhead #531). So the elevator at Hideaway #208 was a plus, as was the garage. However, the unit was very modern compared to the rustic mountain charm of the former one. It felt more like an uptown, urban apartment. It did not have a humidifier (Trailhead did) and for the money that these units cost for a week, we were disappointed that the toilet paper, (facial) tissues and paper towels were Value brand... the cheapest available. Acclimating to mountain altitudes is hard anyway on a body, and quality toilet paper and tissues would have been appreciated.
Our experience in WP would have been so different if we had stayed in the unit we had reserved. Apparently the elevator had been out of commission for weeks, and management stated they were not aware of it. We would have changed our plans since we have an older dog with arthritis, and my husband has a knee with pains that were exacerbated by (repeatedly) going up & down three flights of stairs that first day, and the following day (moving back out). My dog was clearly in pain the second day; the elevator had been THE DECIDING FACTOR in choosing this unit.
I would give the town of Winter Park another chance, but honestly our week was so disrupted by the arrival (after 2 days of travel) to moving in to Trailhead for 24 hours, to moving again to Hideaway and really not "settling in" for 3 days (not a relaxing, comfortable unit). Also, Hideaway did not have a DVD player, which would have been appreciated since we brought some movies from home. Very disappointing "vacation" overall, and the (circumstances surrounding our) accommodations were the reason.

Great rental for ski weekend
Overall, the condo was amazing. Being able to bring our two pups on a ski weekend and stay in such a nice place was amazing. Condo was very clean and the rooms/beds really comfortable. It had a nice layout as well. The condo stays warm throughout the day due to the large amount of windows. We did notice some weird little issues like in the second bathroom where you couldn't turn on all the light switches at once without tripping the breaker. You are also limited to one designated parking spot. We were able to find parking in the Market's parking garage for our second car. Overall, great place to stay in WP!

The condo was perfect for our family of four (and dog) for our ski vacation. The location was a short drive to the resort (or shuttle) and within walking distance to several restaurants. The hot tub was very nice after a day on the slopes.

Awesome Winter Park Suite!
Our stay didnt quite go as planned but was still amazing! The suite itself is amazing! Very clean and modern. Classy but not over the top. We stayed quite a while so the full stocked kitchen was great! Cooked everything from a great Thanksgiving meal to morning cinnamon rolls and fresh cookies for after dinners. Took advantage of many of the wonderful options that come with the suite! We actually didnt get to the jacuzzi but did notice its cleaned and prepped daily. Not a bad thing we can say! Loved it! Highly recommend!

Awesome Mountain Biking Base Camp
This awesome loft was basecamp for our annual guys mountain biking trip. Decked out to meet all of our needs, it was the perfect location to access tons of trails. We loved the climate controlled bike storage inside of the complex and super huge hot tub for after the long rides. Can't wait till next year.

Very comfortable condo
We really loved this place. There were only 3 of us in the party, but this place could comfortably sleep 4 (with two in the king), and one in each queen in the second bedroom. There is also a pullout couch that we did not try ... the whole place is beautiful and updated, well-appointed kitchen, all of the amenities and comforts of home. The shared hot tub was clean and roomy. Underground garage to keep out of the weather lugging your gear up the elevator. Walking distance to coffee, bakery, groceries, and Hernandos! Very nice place and I hope to stay there again.

Lovely loft!
The door codes were a bit of a mystery upon arrival (with the Latch locks, you have to tap it first to activate the lights so you can see the numbers). There was one side door that we couldn’t get working throughout our stay, and the Latch app wouldn’t open it either.
Walking distance to a market, coffee shop, steakhouse, seafood restaurant, and a pizza place (which was some of the best pizza I’ve had). The Deli down the road also had great sandwiches, and the Winter Park Pub is the only place we saw in town open late.
The loft was beautiful, had everything we needed - it’s right next to a trail along a river that is also gorgeous. And the hot tub was huge! We’ll definitely stay again in the future.

Definitely worth your time
This is a charming 2 bed/2 bath apartment with fancy upgrades, beautiful design and a homey comfortable feel all around. Most certainly home away from home feel from the complimentary soap/lotion/shampoo to special towels for makeup removal and face washing. Many outdoor activities to chose from and close by eating options.
Two minor suggestions would be a little bucket for umbrellas, of course we forgot ours and a mirror in the guest room.

Great space in Winter Park
The property was very comfortable for our family of 5 and our dog. We enjoyed proximity to the Fraser River trail behind the condo and easy access to many local hiking trails. Easily walkable to a grocery store and coffee shop. And we loved the dog wash to clean up our pup after hiking. Also a great remote work space as my husband worked remotely from the condo during the week.

Mostly Functional
A friend and I (and her dog) adventured on a rainy summer weekend and mostly enjoyed our stay.
The process of being unable to check in before 4p and a strict 10a checkout was logistically challenging and the process to obtain instructions seemed a little cold and unwelcoming as the correspondence came from a property management company which (to be expected) was very corporate in all of the required sign offs and signatures on paperwork for our short stay.
Nice new space with windows that offer views of the big Colorado sky. The second bedroom is a queen bed under a twin bunk which was a challenge upon rising, pre-coffee, sans lamp. There could be an addition of a mirror in that room as well- the master was great but could also use an additional makeup mirror in the bath.
Trailhead outdoor + coffee shop is just next door and is always my go-to for planning for my trail runs + hikes in the area.
Conveniently located across from fireside market and walking//bike distance from restaurants distilleries etc. winter park is suck a great option for a weekend away, down to earth and east from Denver!

Family getaway with newborn
Overall the condo was exactly what we expected. Great location and enjoyed the activities nearby. The only downside is the previous guests left foul odors in the kids room. You could tell the cleaners tried everything possible to address.
