Perfect Place @ Bourne

What a lovely barn. Everything was perfect, comfy, clean well presented, has all you'll need for a relaxing stay. Roger was great with advice on where to drink, eat & visit. You won't regret a break here. Will definitely return soon. Thnx Roger.

Very relaxing

Everything was lovely from begining to end, Roger was very friendly and expalined everything clearly, the property was very quirky and very well presented, a few little extra touches which was lovely, the location is great, local restaurants/pubs and shops in walking distance. Would definatly recommend, a lovely relaxing weekend.

It would have beeen nice to have a shelf in bathroom to put things on, also a well lit mirror near a plug to dry hair, but it wasnt a big problem.

we had a lovely 2 night stay in the centre of Bourne catching up with a friend.

town centre location but was secluded and private at the same time. we parked the car in their courtyard and walked everywhere.

the barn was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and the hosts were lovely.

Bed was a tad noisy due to mattress type every time rolled over made a noise I think springs new style mattress comfy but noisey

This is a comfortable, high quality property, which I thoroughly recommend.

The property was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The standard was equal to a top level boutique hotel. The owners were friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of Bourne, where there is a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. There is secure parking on site.

Fabulous lodge, spotless, and Bourne a great foody town

Lodge was excellent, spotless, roomy, beds comfy, host was friendly and met on arrival with keys, messaged me beforehand on booking.com app to ensure I knew where I was going and that they would be there to meet and greet

Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Furnished to a very high standard. Very comfortable with everything you would need. Great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Within 5 minutes walk of Bourne and ideally located for visiting other areas within a short drive. Would definitely book again.

A hidden gem for a relaxing break

The accommodation is tastefully decorated to give both style and comfort. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to dine in. They even provided a coffee machine and pods. Bedding and towels were of a high standard. The posh hand and bath lotions were a treat too! It's close to Stanford and Rutland, so we were able to shop and walk. There some exceptional restaurants near by - we especially loved The Olive Branch. The owner was charming, helpful and on hand if needed but not intrusive. We will definitely be back
