Right around the corner from restaurants and shops in West Asheville, this Arts and Crafts home is large, beautifully decorated, super clean, and gave my writing group all the amenities we could possibly need. Only minutes from Biltmore estate and arts area, too. Highly recommended.

Great space in a walkable location. As runners we also loved being close to the running trail along the river. Would stay here again

Stayed with friends. Plenty of room, lots of towels and pillows and blankets and kitchen stuff. Laundry soap and dish soap and shampoo etc. we felt very comfortable and welcome.
We walked to three different breakfast spots and three dinners as well as basic groceries. Liked the specialty coop at the corner. Highly recommend.

The location was great for my group of friends. It is super walkable in West Asheville, although note the house is literally on the end of the block where the businesses start. Not an issue for our group, but just noting for others if you're looking to be a tad more off the strip. Plenty of room for our group and overall nice amenities.

This property is fantastic! From the 4 plus bedrooms, to great furnishings, to a great kitchen that was equipped to facilitate being able to make homemade cinnamon rolls and overnight French toast, to grilling steaks, to enjoying the fire pit, to very comfortable beds. Super location with restaurants and shopping options.

We came for a family girls' trip with 8 people total and found the house clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. There were plenty of different room and bed options and we all felt like we had plenty of space. The second TV room with its own couch and door was a nice bonus space! The location could not have been better -- cute shops, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk around the corner; quick drive to downtown Asheville; and easy access to the highway for hiking/Biltmore/airport. We loved our stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is beautiful, well-maintained, and oh-so conveniently located. We loved walking to any number of excellent nearby eateries and heading back to the house to enjoy the food in the enclosed backyard, so the kids could run around and get their sillies out. We will definitely be back.

The house was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Universal Joint (rest.) right across the street, West end bakery just a block down, many other interesting places, plus easy drive to Riverside arts District and downtown. Furniture and beds all comfortable, doors to separate sleeping areas from living areas, extra sitting room with extra TV - everything nice and in good order.

Great bungalow in a perfect location. There are so many restaurant options nearby. Joan is a great PM and ensured we had a comfortable stay!

This was by far the best experience my family has EVER had with a VRBO in any state! We have never felt like we could stay forever. The home was perfect for our family; it was clean, close to many restaurants, close to our daughter who lives in NC, and had everything we needed to have the most comfortable & enjoyable stay! Our host, Joan, was very clear in communicating and so kind. We will definitely want to stay here again!!

The property was as advertised. Perfect location if you're looking to be in the middle of things in West Asheville. Can't beat it - can walk to pretty much everything out there. and, the home is neat and clean and everything went off without a problem. We'd stay again!

This was the perfect AVL place for our extended family to gather! The house was lovely, and we had plenty of room to gather and plenty of room to get a little privacy too. We played group board games at the dining table and enjoyed a fire pit in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - including various serving platters (bonus). The location is excellent... I visit Asheville frequently and I've stayed all over the area and THIS spot offers the best of everything within walking distance. Cool neighborhood vibes with artsy building murals and hip restaurants (Nine Mile), bars, shops and a fun retrocade. Something for everyone. This vrbo offers *wonderful everything* and I'm sure you'll love how wonderful it is too.

I can’t say enough good things about this property but I will do my best to list them below.
I spent 4 days in Asheville with a few friends. The plan for those days was to visit breweries, go on hikes, relax and visit a few bars each night.
Highlights
- location, the house is perfectly located if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that has awesome bars within walking distance. The retrocade is a gem and a great place to grab a drink. There are also a variety of food options in the neighborhood. Biscuit head being a great choice in the morning. The street the home on is quiet and safe.
-the house is beautiful and perfect to relax and reset after a fun night out or a long hike. Bedrooms were all well furnished and comfortable. The back yard area was a huge plus to enjoy the mild weather and relax. Home was stocked with everything we needed.
-check in and out was a breeze and the property owner was very responsive when I had a question.
- Uber/door dash service was readily available all hours.
-easy in and out when driving, you are only a few turns from the major highways nearby so getting in and out of Asheville is a snap.
Truly a great experience and if I am lucky enough to plan another trip to Asheville I will be looking to book this property again.

The house was super big with many bedrooms, just steps away from many restaurants on Haywood. For people with curly hair, my wife really appreciated that there was a hair dryer with a diffuser!

Six of us rented this house for a weekend getaway in Asheville. It was a great experience. The house is decorated beautifully. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The home is located in a lively neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. It is a short drive to downtown Asheville, the Grove Inn, and the Biltmore house. I would highly recommend a family or group staying in this home.

Lovely house with a great location. Lots of cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rest of Asheville is just a few minutes away by car. If you have an EV there is a charging station just a few minutes away.

This house was even better than expected! Beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of tableware, toilet paper, soap, trash bags, games and books for the kids, even a vegetable peeler was there when we needed it. Bring your own laundry detergent, but the washer and dryer were spacious. The backyard and front porch are great.
The neighborhood was awesome, and we really enjoyed walking to the Retrocade, Nine Mile restaurant, and Sunny Point cafe. There’s a neighborhood market, grocery store, and plenty more bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
We would stay here again!

My family and I visited Asheville for the first time. The house was located centrally to great restaurants that were easy walks. We visited the Biltmore House and were so pleased with how short the drive was from the rental property. The house is so charming and provided wonderful space for myself, my husband, and our two teenagers. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property due to its location, cleanliness, and wonderful space both inside the home and in the backyard.

This house is great. We stayed here for NYE with two families ( 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 preteens). We had plenty of space. Beds very comfortable. The best part is the location. West Asheville is lovely and you can walk to quite a few restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. The owner was great to work with and communicated very quickly. We did not have any issues with the property and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Christmas gathering here with family who live in Asheville and those of us who traveled from Raleigh. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurants you can walk to and a very quiet area. Joan was very prompt in responding to questions and the entire check-in process was easy. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay while in Asheville.

We went for our daughter's graduation from UNC-A. The house was near our daughter's and within walking distance of several restaurants and a number of shops. We lost electricity when a tree fell down the street but the property owner was prompt to respond to any questions and obviously couldn't do anything about it. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this is one of the best by far. The location in West Asheville was absolutely fabulous. We walked to so many coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. Also so easy to drive into downtown. One night we even walked to breweries in the South Slope (took an hour).
The house itself was also perfect for our Thanksgiving trip with extended family. We had 8 of us across 3 generations and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would absolutely stay here again.
